DO THIS TO STOP CANNON: file a complaint with the 11th circuit. Anyone can file a complaint against a federal judge on the 11th Circuit website. The judicial conduct & disability act allows complaints against judges. It goes to the lead judge who determines if the complaint is credible. Then it moves to a committee for review. The Judicial Council determines if the judge violated Canon 3C, Code of Conduct to see if they warrant disqualification.

The public already knows (if you bothered to read the indictment and I KNOW you didn't) what the basics of what the documents are, classification rating and subject. This is a matter of the highest importance, and it is unacceptable and unconscionable for the judiciary to let it slip through their hands. Accept nothing less than real justice - we all know Trump is guilty as charged. If he is not held to account, we can expect a pandemic in corruption throughout the whole world that may never end! It is a direct threat to democracy and the nation.

The Appellate Court would be the judge. They cannot do it because there have been no opinions because of the way that Cannon is ruling. She is not giving them an opinion to judge on motions.

A judge craftily orchestrating throwing the game for a defendant caught live on TV with numerous texts and emails, and our judicial system can't get a conviction, so we have to SHAME them into to doing their d4mn jobs?? How about filing judicial conduct complaints? No one bothered. How about removing all other possible excuses so it's glaringly clear she has no excuse, such as routing all other cases away from her to other judges, so she's ONLY GOT that ONE JOB? How about complaints from congress, the Whitehouse, ALL the media outlets, and millions of citizens demanding the speedy justice guaranteed in the Constitution? I can come up with dozens of issues, dozens of strategies, but NO ONE is bothering, no one can be arsed. Now THAT is something to be ashamed of, and a group of people who are deserving of shame. The judicial system is a phantom of a tiger projected onto a mist from a projector, composed of nothing but tiny particles masquerading as substance. It's only honor is the pretense it never bothered to get out of the chair to try to become. In 69 years, I've never seen a more pathetic response, or a time when the court was so extremely, deeply corrupt.

It's not like a regular job with a boss. The 11th circuit can't act on its own; it has to receive a complaint on appeal - but she did an end run around that, by not making any ruling or decision that can be appealed! HOWEVER, we all can file a complaint with the 11th circuit - and we all should! You can file a complaint against a federal judge on the 11th Circuit website, citing the judicial conduct & disability act allows complaints against judges. Your complaint goes to the lead judge who determines if the complaint is credible. Then it moves to a committee for review. The Judicial Council determines if the judge violated Canon 3C, Code of Conduct to see if they warrant disqualification. Please take a minute and do this!!
