If you have a digital Multi-Meter you can use that to test cables... set to continuity and check for short to ground (tip to sleeve) then check to see if the tips are connected and the sleeves... not as quick as a cable tester but the same result (and less money AND a multi-tasking tool vs a single tasker)

A little birdie told us we may be working on a new M Lite Series that is aimed squarely at builds like these.. A more simplified board with a more simplified price.. You may want to keep an eye on our site over the next few weeks.. 😉@@NStuffGuitars
