When I first came across this post, I thought, nah, not for me. But since watching you create these utterly joyful little houses, I am converted! The fact that you drew curtains exactly as I did when I was a little girl gave me warm cosy feeling. I was always doing something creative as a youngster, and I have only just returned to the wonderful world of art. Inspirational people like you make me want to get going on a new project! 😊🎨

I'm a new subscriber and find your channel very soothing and inspiring. I love that you use materials that I actually have and not a bunch of stuff that I don't use at this time. I made some with fabric and sewed all the pieces on. I made them as adornments for a metal cabinet. It needed a bit of excitement 💕💕💕💕You always inspire!!

Wonderful! The very first vid of yours that I watched was one wherein you made houses out of some gorgeous scrapbook paper. I loved it so much that I found that very same paper and bought it! :) It caught my imagination in such a way. And I have made many wee houses and had enormous fun being playful with my scraps of gel printing and lovely printed papers. Thank you for your continued inspiration! I am most grateful. Yes going to try it 9 x 12 size and smaller card size. It would be fun to do all in different mediums: collage, crazy quilt (fabric) and paints!

I’m hoping to do an art class with a ten year old girl this summer. I’m thinking of having her do all her projects in a book. Do you recommend a book source for the projects you do? Hi Amber, I noticed that there are a few shapes you use consistently to make your pieces...like for the houses and birds. Are there any easy shapes we can precut and have prepared for when we're putting together one of your projects?
