Great review… although I would update it now with the fact that Matterport now seem to be farming out their floorplan generation to various partners. I had 5 floorplans done with Matterport over the space of a week and they were all laid out differently and the quality is not what we are used to!

If your municipal public record numbers are like ours here in Ontario MPAC is 8 to 16% error rate, the iGuide system is 0.5% error rate. So depending on the area wouldn't even look at municipal records except in Alberta where less than 2% error rate by law and iGuide is one of the few systems you are able to use there. Although some other providers claim that but are no where near, and as an operator you would be liable.

Ah, I don't know what the stats are on public record, I should do my home to compare! great idea! lol.
