We're designing a free Shadowdark RPG mini-dungeon for everyone as our $500k Kickstarter stretch goal!

I missed the livestream, and I'm only partway through atm, when someone suggested the frogmen raising the dragonflies like cattle. This reminded me that dragonfly larvae are large, aggressive, underwater ambush predators that frequently prey on baby fish almost as large as themselves. The dungeon might be able to incorporate some flooded areas where dragonfly larvae lie waiting for prey to blunder by.

My first Shadowdark campaign will be Mozart-themed, set in 1785 but where the PCs have to venture under the Austrian mountains to rescue the great composer who has been kidnapped by the Goblin King - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nd1zesuoldCYYpc.html

Glad I got in late. I was designing my own simplification of 5e and looking at everything out there, but this is what I was looking for in approach and core mechanics, and I'm happy to give my money to anyone but WotC (love the D&D team, but...). Thanks, Kelsey! I hope you're a pillar of the TTRPG world for a long time to come.

You can Think a concept on one page dungeons scenario recto verso with little map and few informations for game master , for traps, monsters , isométric view dungeons

Will the Bard and Ranger classes be included in the physical copy of the Core Rulebook and will the pdf be updated?

I believe not. She said it would delay the print deadline pretty significantly.

It'd require a layout re-do of four chapters and a big delay to the print run, so I think we're just gonna deliver the PDFs to all backers and then put them in a future Cursed Scroll zine if folks want them in print! I always wanted to keep the core Shadowdark book to the 4 pillar classes anyway, so this fits with that idea. :)

I missed the kickstarter. Just discovered arcane library about 2 weeks ago. any way to still get in on physical copies of shadow dark
