By the way "Summon" is called "Conjure" in EN which frankly actually makes a lot more sense. Oh yeah this doesn't...fully cover everything in 13.1 because certain things hasn't been unveiled at the time when I was streaming but hey this is about all you need to know :^)

They sent the notification since in Australia and Japan, New Zealand etc. it's already 30/01 and maybe PONOS HQ responsible for EN is located there. That might explain it

It really says something when metal and rock are used together and Socrate's pushing power is still noticable. I have a feeling Ponos gonna slap sage on an unreasonable amount of new enemies to counter the top of the meta.

I wonder how powercrept Socrates(the enemy) is gonna get by the time we reach 14.0 since it seems like we are gonna get a lot of sage slayers and hopefuly we dont get another courier. And another thing that I hope for is the sage trait being present through all parts of the game maybe adding a new layer of progression for early,mid and late game

iirc the text when entering zl tasks you to find a sage enemy, meaning that its probably not being added to earlier parts of the game

The wave talent is pretty decent but its a lot of NP to turn the unit decent for a pseudo LD. The dodge is just meme. It has meme usages but in practicality it's very bad

Balrog used to be rather weak, even after getting TF. The basic talents saved him.

Also much easier to get resources. NP is incredibly scarce. Catfruits are easily grindable

@@LucasIVYT Dark eyes aren't allat common either but common enough to ALMOST warrant costing 15 of them to get 4th form. I just think they shoulda stuck with 10 dark eyes from lvl 50 to 60.

I love that rocker revenge/ one hit wonders get talents. I like their range, dmg against zombie and angel, decent hp imo. Def carried me through zombie out break early on in the game and decent matches against angels too. Been neglected for some time now but talents look fair now

There's another Summoner in v13.1 that is Superfest-exclusive legend rare. It's basically Musashi legend rare + gaia the creator (Insane Damage to all except traitless, triple single target long-range multi-hit attack) -------------------------------------------------------------------- - the spirit has a unique design for the legend rare, like Socrates' one for Socrates - the spirit has 100% knockback against all enemies (maybe except metal) + 100% chance of slow for 4.33s~5.20s - it has the exact same stats (dmg, range etc.) as Socrates' and most likely every future spirit. The only thing that changes are the spirit's abilities and design --------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah summoners only beeing to be spawned once is a very questionable decision. We know a lot about UI nowadays and there are dozens of ways to find a way around this problem of summoning it. Easiest: you want to spawn a second socrates? Must summon ghost first and then you can summon the next socrates

Coming here after re-reviewing what Sage Slayer does on the wiki long after this video comes out, I'm 99% sure that where Behemoths were infamous for having absurdly high health values to balance Behemoth Slayer, Sages are all gonna be annoying CCers like Henry

I think socrate's summon ability is nice, but 131s cooldown and 4350 cost for 7 seconds of *weaken* is a bit ass, it's like doron but with a worse CC and cooldown

weaken is an absurdly good ability imo plus this is all trait not like doron with just 1 (plus doron is just a busted unit in general) but yes he is expensive to spawn

the dodge is a huge meme that serves mainly for funsies. Practically speaking the dodge barely gives much values to your team from its high dependancy on rng and impracticality due to mola not being a low ranged unit. If you wanna stall just use rock, otherwise why spend hundreds of NP in making a 2k dps unit survive a bit longer by chance aside from it looking funny
