The choreographer even posted on insta saying that he was impressed at how they wanted to redo it so often and he showed them the choreo again and they got it right every time and still wanted to do another take. They’re just on another level.

They did all this for a dance that was less than 2 minutes! Can't imagine how many hours they practice for a concert and how much time in advance they start! Gotta love their dedication. You can tell they really love what they do! 💜💜

something i love is how they don’t get upset when someone messes up and they’re all willing to keep doing more takes even if they like the current clip of themselves. it’s so admirable and i just love seeing them work together. 💜

Props to choreographer, Nick Joseph! (HYBE flew him out to Korea for a few months to work there). 3J’s work ethic (not to mention all members of BTS) shows how hard work pays off. Love watching these behind the scenes videos, Army can appreciate all the dedication these guys have into doing every performance. Anyone else just love JHope’s sound effects when he’s doing the dance counts 🤣So happy to see 3J back together again, can’t believe it’s been 4 years (you were right Hobi, Army did love it💜)😊

The fact they weren't satisfied the first time, they shot again another day. They continued doing more takes til they were satisfied. All that manpower, rehearsals, equipment, etc. for one awesome video. Kudos to our 3J and people working behind the scenes :) it's nice to see them having fun as they work together.

They must be preparing and rehearsing so hard for their online stage for October 24th and their 4 days offline stage in LA now if they are like this for only a 1 minute video.. they work so hard and give everything to us . I love them so much.

When they started BangPD literally tapped the space bar to pause each and every frame to monitor their dance practices, from where they look, to the angle of their arms, to the turn of their heads. That kind of strive for perfection and pride abt their dance doesn't go away

#EarlyGang I love it when they let us see HOW things work. Like, we can be amazed at the finished product and think what they're doing is easy because they make it look so effortless. But when we see the work and time put into it, we then realize just how hard these guys work to put on an amazing show for us and become even more amazed at what they do. Their dedication is phenomenal.

The thing about their mistakes...the good vibe for me comes from seeing how they react. They don't get angry, or defensive, or throw blame. Tired as they must be, they just laugh and shrug it off. Or segue to a freestyle, like Hobi (my favorite part).

They call it "scary" because when they say stuff on camera, like saying they'll post another 3J dance video, its kind of like making a promise and fans will never let them live down lol. So it's scary cause they're setting up an expectation that they'll do something fun like this but sometimes their normal schedules get in the way and they forget about it (which is totally fine and acceptable). That's why JK makes such a funny cringe face when Jimin says it. I'm sure if they find the time to make another choreo video they will and I'll be patient and hopeful for it. Love watching you guys reaction.

Hobi said lets do it for Jimin not as an excuse but because JK was already tired and looked like he didn't want to give it another go. Hobi only asked to do it again because Jimin was still not satisfied with his dance and asked if they can do it one more time. He always felt like he could've done better because as what he said his style is different (Jimin was a contemporary dancer in his school) but everyone here did great. I hope they'd do another 1 this year.

Jimin is a perfectionist. He loves to dance till he feels he has done his absolute best for any performance (even though we know his best is SO GOOD). It's the pro-dancer in him that makes him go so hard. Also, Jimin did major in modern, contemporary dance (infused with ballet) and traditional korean dance for two years. Prior to that he trained in hip hop and freestyle dance at an academy where he was given scholarship cause he was the best at his school. Can't wait to see what 3J does next!

So much fun guys. The funny thing with Adam being so shocked that it has been 4 years since the last 3J performance is that this morning I was just re-watching the reaction to the 3J Home Party Dance Practice and was shocked that video was just over 2 years old from September of 2019. It was one of my first WG2S reaction videos. And on a side note the Sam J - is because Sam is 3 in Korean. They are also playing around with the difference between the English pronunciation of J and the Korean ㅈ at the end.

People in the industry, who have that worked with are always impressed by their work ethics, just how long, how hard and determined they are to every little detail to deliver an amazing product to the fans. I wish all the people who made quick judgement on their talent could see this and maybe people will think twice before spreading negativity based on ignorance.

FYI: "sam" (삼) means three in Korean, that's why they were saying "sam jey" = 3J 🤭

#EarlyGang. Son Sung Deuk is now the “Performance Director”. He also the choreography. Very talented young man! Yes, that gentleman is the new choreographer. What I read is that he was only going to work with them for 6 months but we will see! 💜🌹🦋

I have watched many video of you three (two) gentlemen critiquing or presenting this compilation and practice by “3J” so many times that I have lost count. The first time I saw the actual presentation from 3J video, I was really astounded The foot movement the beginning blew me away. And, I instantly rewound it and watched it again and again and again eventually watching the whole video. I remember my first thought was, this is so hard and so complicated for one person to do, and then see three men do it, in perfect synch, was beyond comprehension. And then I waited for your reaction video knowing I would learn more and more about it. Thank you gentlemen for showing and teaching us every little nuance of this mesmerizing dance! For showing us how hard what somethings so Beautiful can be just to create. Your videos are always welcome, and appreciated. Please keep it up. It is good to hear and see people that know the subject and are knowledgable in dance and music put forth intelligent commentary with respect!

It's amazing how many takes they did for this short piece. They really only want to give us their best! 💜 When I saw the first part, I remember thinking that those weren't the clothes they wore in the video and later I saw why. They re-did it on another day just to make it perfect for us! Gotta love our boys! 💜💜💜

That proves the perfectionist side of Jimin that even though he was really doing well he still felt he was behind the other two man the amount of hard work they do just to please us is surreal I love them

Thank you for once again noticing their hard work! I mean, you could see just how *exhausted* Jimin was, but even in the end he offered another take (I think twice?). All for a short clip of a full song. I love it. I really am curious about what this 'in the Winter" one will be... Another 3J? Another clip from some other duet? A full-blown thing? I doubt it's the LA Concert... But I am super curious. And just the amount of times they did that just floors me. I get it. It DOES take a lot, but their dedication... It reminds me of Michael Jackson's perfectionist in him when it came to performances. Oh! Forgot to add. The way Jimin mentioned "not his style", I was jaw-dropped like, "Dude. You're WAY too hard on yourself...!" Not new, but still! But now I'm wondering if it's because his have a lot of body-rolls, smooth transitions, toe-points, etc. Where as a lot of this has more sharp-moves and precision? Not that there's not that in OTHER dances, obviously, but maybe that's what he meant?

Choreographer also posted this and he said that they did really perfect every shoots but they keep saying its not that ok or good and agreeing to take again and again..they really want to give us the best of best.!!!! Perfection must done that's BTS stuff we know..!!! We love you guys..!!!

The amount of retakes and attention to detail? Its no wonder they're the best performers in the industry👏🏼🔥 6:16 it’s such a Jimin answer. He’s so humble and supportive. Jimin is the cutest perfectionist🥺 Like does he not know that he is literally the best dancer in the industry. Although he’s done hip-hop, popping, street style longer than contemporary and perfected it, I can see why it’s a little harder for him. Since he focused more on contemporary. As a dancer myself that has studied and perfected many different styles, it’s hard to transition to one dance genre to another. But overall he still nailed it.

Yes! Yes! Yesh! I was so hoping yall would react to this! I was blown away watching the behind the scenes for this shoot...it seriously just proves that they have kept that same drive and dedication they have had since day ONE! They truly love what they do and they really love and appreciate ARMY! They hold themselves to such a high standard...good lawd, I would be nervous just making a PB&J in front of BTS...I would be so in my head thinkin they judging lol but they are such kind, compassionate and grateful souls that they don't necessarily judge others...they are the hardest critics on themselves! Explains why they have continued to be such a powerful force. Also, now knowing how many takes they did, how tired they were before that [actual] final take...I couldn't tell in the final cut they released that they were exhausted. I love supporting a group where every single member gives it their all and yet, stays humble and grounded. Looking forward to all the great things to come from them and also looking forward to more awesome content from yall too! They did so much work on this short vid so just imagine when they need to do for an entire performance of a MV. The practice alone is killer and then the end result is what we see them perform so amazingly due to that constant practice till perfection

More on Jimin's dance background - Jimin also trained in hip hop (popping, locking, b-boy etc.), freestyle and street dance at Just Dance Academy. At this academy he was given scholarship because he was the best and won many dance competitions. He did this style of dance much longer than his major in modern dance. He progressed to learn modern, contemporary dance and korean traditional dance for two years at Busan Arts School. He is a very versatile dancer. It's always so amazing watching him as he infuses all these skills to create his own dance style. I really enjoy watching 3J dance compilations too.

This Choreo flashes me every time I see it. And it's so inspirational to see how much effort they put into such a short video. As many times as I've watched that choreography video I feel like I should watch it 10x that amount just to show them the respect they deserve for putting so much into it.

This is just such a great video for them to put up, showing us all these details, and you guys did a GREAT reaction here to it -- appreciating their insane levels of hard work on every detail, being utterly amazed at the work ethic, etc. What a great gift this choreography was to all of us (both behind-the-scenes here and in finished form), and cannot wait to see the promised second one before year end. :) #EARLYGANG

I love it when you do dance practice reactions. Jimin is my bias but he could have hurt himself long ago without Hobi to mentor him in their style of dance. You explain it so well. Thanks. 👏 👏 👏 #EarlyGang

Both Jimin and J-Hope are the main dancers in the group. J-Hope is not Jimin’s mentor and Jimin is the best one when it comes to dance. Jimin is the best dancer in K-Pop and he controls his body 100%, he is just very humble person and always compliments others instead of himself

@@10PppowerOfKindness It would be such an honor to see Jimin live. While I'm not trained in dance, I can sympathize with perfectionism and he's such a perfectionist that I worry about him. I think Hobi helps him with that, based on the English translation of BTS videos. 😃

@@10PppowerOfKindness I think it's pretty clear in their comment they mention that Hobi helps him with THIS style of dance and that is true. Jimin is, of course, an incredible dancer, but in BTS J-Hope is the dance leader and most definitely helps all members when it comes to this particular style of dance. They didn't mean all styles of dance. I'm sure that Jimin helps the other members when the dance is a more modern/contemporary style. All of the members have said multiple times that Hobi is always helping them with choreography and it's obvious he wants them to not push their bodies in a way that could injure any of them, because some members (mainly JK and Jimin) will push themselves, even when they're injured, because they're such perfectionists and love ARMY so much.

@@youcaughtmecrafting Well said. I don’t understand why people (esp. Jimin solo stan) try to misunderstand what Jimin said on this video. He is humble but he tells the honest feeling about this kind of dancing style. I can see Most of time J Hope tried to explain or point out some issues ….. Of course jk and jimin always agree or follow. I know if jk or jimin ask the same , j hope will does the same. They respect each other. It doesn’t mean he is the best or ….. I appreciate his position especially when they are dancing. I think All are good equally.

He did popping and hip-hop a bit before his debut, but then he specialized more in contemporary. But Jimin is unique and can dance in every style

Their lifelong choreographer, Son Sun Deuk, didn't choreograph this song. But he is the Performance director for every performance put out there by BTS. Nick, who they show briefly on this video, is the choreographer. He is from California and was hired to do this 3J. This video does prove why BTS is The Best!!! No Doubt...The Very Best!!! And I know you agree.🥇🏆💯💜

Jimin trained in contemporary dance whereas was a Street dancer & used to compete in underground comps. That's why Jimin says that he isn't so good at this style of dance but I admire him even more for the effort he puts in every time and the results speak for themselves. I also love the way that Hobi encourages Jimin and helps him to be his best. The 3J's are a joy to watch 💜💜💜
