Wish I had access to places like this in Australia we don’t really have that many places that sell manga even the little book stores that do sell them have a tiny selection always see videos of American stores and get jealous 😭

Here in the philippines, we have a shop called "Fully Booked" and they sell LOADS of manga and other books! if ever you take a trip to the Philipines, check out their branches like in BGC, we have Manga translated in English here AND if you convert it to Australian dollars, it's cheap for you guys!

Oh your so lucky to have this store, I only have a barns and noble but that’s 30-40 mins away and a local small manga shop with limited figures 😭

I wish I had a Book•Off closer to me!! I’ve been to one in San Diego and it was awesome!! Thank you for showing all the manga on the shelves slowly! It was like I was there! Nice video!

Yo wtf… I never heard of Book Off before! Holy shit I just got mind blown that I’m sure I’ve been places around it but never went inside. Definitely gotta make a visit! The book off figures seem to be mostly Game Center figures, which tend to have a low quality so unless they are super cheap I wouldn’t recommend them 😣 also never buy figures that don’t come with their original box as that drops the value + you can often tell by the packages if they are genuine or not(for example the Bandai Logo etc) !

there prices for the figures are over price even when you facter in import fees (shipping, customs fees, ets) or if the bought it second hand here in the states.

I live in Los Angeles,Ca is carson,Ca and I went to book off in Gardena and I was so close to get doshiro de gozaru all volumes by Hiroyuki nishimori for $28 why can’t mangas be like $10 for all 8 volumes completed and I love book off in Gardena and Costa Mesa and San Diego locations too for me since I live in California you know for me
