Zeeshan bhai i just checked Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Visa Requirements, and once again let me correct you that the updated requirements for Applicants under the age of 50 must prove that they have a minimum of 500,000 MR ($120,000) in liquid assets and with a required fixed deposit or passive investment of 300,000 MR ($72,000). Applicants over 50 only need to prove that they have 350,000 MR ($84,000) in liquid assets and make a passive investment of 150,000 MR ($36,000). I worked in MY for almost 3 years starting from 2019 to 2023. If you're in IT then it's a big opportunity for you. I usually enjoyed living in my apartment and having all the utilities. I literally enjoyed living there. 2000 RM per month is enough to live a luxurious life with 1bhk rent =1000RM + Electricity and Water=100RM + Internet =100RM + Food and Outing =800-1000RM. Kindly note that Malaysia doesn't give permanent residency. It only gives 10 years valid visa on Malaysia My Second Home program, just like Dubai's Golden Visa. And it may discontinue again like they did in past and relaunched after covid to attract people to deposit money in this program.
