I like food. I like lessons about food. As I looked back on my past English lessons I realized I had taught lessons about snacks and food, but I haven't helped you learn about the kitchen in English.
In this English lesson I'll talk about many things that you would find in a kitchen. I'll be sure to have a picture of each item, and I'll help you learn some English phrases that you can use to talk about those items as well.
I'll talk about ladles and mixers, toasters and ovens, and many more English vocabulary words from the kitchen.
I hope you enjoy this English class about the kitchen!
⌛ Remember: Always watch the video two times. Once today with English subtitles off, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles on. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

We wash the dishes with a sponge but we also have a metallic sponge for the dirt in pans, saucepans and casseroles - because the dirt comes off harder from them.

We have a lot of "no-stick pans" so we don't often use a metal sponge when washing the dishes. We have a really good brush though that works for that.
