Even though I knew most of these expressions but I'd have an egg on my face If I wouldn't clicked on it, my amygdala whisked away for a moment, cause it tends to have a sieve, but I found myself outta frying pan and into the fire when I realized I couldn't be calm as a cucumber when it comes to retaining an info in my head, but I see the glass full cause whenever you're messing up publicly you tend to memorize all your screwups rapidly, no one gave a sliver platter nor did I born with a silver spoon in my mouth, my parents didn't cut the apron strings I tell them to do so by the time I was 15, since then I have my bread and butter, stacking my chips like a can of Pringles, I'm a tough cookie not a cookie cutter, I might be a pain in the ass and grate on sm1's nerves but I don't give a f**k cause all I ever owned was solely single-handedly, however I'd like show an appreciation to those whom I scooped a lot of info, so here's mine piece of advice, don't be a corny or cheesy, whizzy, don't rub the salt into a wound, you got a mission to fulfill since the day you come out of the womb, be the pinnacle and a cream in your area, eat a humble pie, acknowledge your blunders and if you're being toast that's great you're just found out that certain ways don't work according to your goals and aspirations, life is a lemon, but you better make a lemonade and don't whine or moan. Count your blessings and feel the gratitude spreading in your body exponentially

Hi! Thank You for the awesome English lessons , i have a question what si the diference betwen Platter and Plate ?
@RealLifeEnglish1
@RealLifeEnglish1 Жыл бұрын
The term “platter” is rarely used, but it is just a large plate, or used to indicate a larger serving of food than a plate. If you order food at a local diner, and they ask if you want the plate or the platter, the platter is the larger serving.
