I think your Spinarak reverse holo at 8:28 is a Ditto card. Hard to tell but there would be a ditto symbol in the lower left hand corner next to the set symbol. The Ditto card is a sticker that peels off to reveal a Ditto card underneath. A pretty neat secret of the set for reverse Spinirak, Bidoof, and Numel cards.
