I was 6 when this dropped, now im 13 and this set started my whole pokemon journey. Now the fact its 800 dollars for one box is just insane. Cant wait to see how much this set would be worth in another 7 years.

I do not know much about telegram , but there appears to be alot of spamming from this guy pretending to be you tubers , presume he promises to give you a rare card , and next thing you know all you have to do is pay the shipping via some dodgy site where all your details are captured

Besides the OG wizards of the coast sets, this has to be my favorite set. I grew up with the first generation pokemon so these cards are always special.

Seeing the prices flash up on the screen as I sit with my newly completed master set of Evolutions was so cathartic. So glad I got the big pulls back when packs were $4, but damn, bro. you could always just buy the singles, they are extremely cheap compared to the price of a pack of cards. I believe only a few cards are 40 bucks, and then a huge drop.

This was the set that actually brought me back into collecting Pokémon cards. I even got the Mewtwo from this set, which even though it is not a holo, I still like it cause Mewtwo is my favorite pokemon.

Awesome hits! I once had the entire Gen I set, but don't know what happened to my collection. I suspect it was lost in one of my moves. So when Evolutions was released, it was a wonderful opportunity to revisit the generation that started it all and reclaim some favorites.

Bro, the Mega Blastoise EX, Misty's Determination (full Art) and the Mega Charizard EX cards are Mint! If I didn't cartoon's couldn't come to life, I would swear them cards are actually polaroids. Truly, the art and illustration quality of Evolution is truly amazing. Even the holographic visuals seem to be imprinted with direction and perfection in mind. I particularly like the single holographic shade of the reverse holographic cards - I feel it adds a Bold and Prestigious aura to the Card. I really enjoyed the video PokeRev. Please keep creating these vids, and I'll keep watching and 'liking'.
