Castula and Trifon are a reference to a painting by spanish painter Francisco de Goya called "two old ones eating soup", the flavor text for the remembrance makes reference to that fact. Master Montañés is based on a real life wood carver, Juan Martínez Montañés, who was really famous for his talent. he was sometimes called "the god of wood", something that didn't please the spanish inquisition which at the time was really severe. For the chalice, it is used to upgrade your health, and the shards are to make your flasks heal more. And you also learned that you can combine statues to get different effects, you can get really fun combinations by mixing the statues.

In that dining room, if you enter from the right, you always meet Castula, whereas entering from the left brings you to Trifón. Each of them will ask for an Item belonging to the other, and delivering it will give you their respective Remembrances, but sadly cause them to pass, effectively making the other's questline unfinisheable. You can still obtain the other Remembrance and reunite them in one playthrough, though.

WAR! What is it good for? Controlling the aggro of the opposing enemies, drawing their attention away from the DPS units so they can smack the enemies' butts, but for the love of god, don't forget your own sustain tools so the healer doesn't have to constantly babysit you and instead, add on the damage to clear the raid faster!

In my country (The Netherlands), the 4th of May is the Dodenherdenking/Remembrance of the Death where we commemorate all civilians and armed forces who have died in wars or peacekeeping missions. Then the next day (May the 5th), we celebrate Bevrijdingsdag/Liberation Day, the day we were liberated from Nazi occupation.

There's also a room on the right side of the room you fought the embroiderer in. Can you reach there yet? For me, a non-American or Mexican, I didn't know Cinco de Mayo was a thing until I saw it as an important plot point in an episode of Nickelodeon's Rocket Power back in the day. The things one can learn from kids cartoons! XD

I'm not going to be the Mayor from Hellsing and say: "I love war". Because I hate war. But I know that sometimes war is necessary. August 7th is a very special day in Colombia because in 1819, Simón Bolivar fought with the Spanish to free Colombia in the Battle of Boyacá, and I know that because of that, we are a free country. But yeah, I hate violence, homicide and opression, which are all in war. Also, the Bible says that God hates violence, but even He had to go to war. One of his motives being that nations had to know that He is The Lord. And while that motive sounds a bit egotistical, it showed to Israel that their God is real, unlike the ones that pagan nations worshipped. so they could have the assurance that they serve a trustworthy God. It's a very interesting topic to discuss. About the Marks of Martyrdom: It is not that certain enemies have it. Think of it as an experience bar. Killing enemies give you a certain amount of Martytdom Points, and when that bar is full, you get a Mark of Martyrdom... You also get them by defeating bosses of finding them in the overworld. The chalice and the shards: Important to visit the lady that upgrades your flasks. The lady in the bed: You should find all answers in the Streets of Wake... That's all that I can say. So yeah, WAR IS HELL!!!
