A rich source of vitamin C and other many nutritions, Amla or gooseberry protects and cares our health as mom cares us. So we have to preserve them for whole year, by collecting them in the season. Deepavali festival is amla season. We must use hill/jungle/local small variety amlas as much as possible. Because they have more health benefits. These improve our overall health, health of heart, balances sugar level, improves digestive system etc. Not only about amlas, but this video also gives the message regarding save trees and save nature.
