One thought I overlooked earlier in the series is how knowledgeable Charles is about the layout/design style of everyone’s apartments. Every time the trio enters a new apartment, he comments on the style name/layout type. Why would have have had that much of an interest in the apartment styles unless he had to have insight for a break in or to design his own secret tunnel? He was an actor, not an architect, so the interest in layouts stands out as an unusual knowledge set to possess without it paying off later somehow.

Speaking of father/son relationships, what about Oscar’s father seeking revenge for Tim’s 10 years of silence that lead to Oscar being falsely incarcerated? He lives on the 6th floor where Tim came from (apt 6B) and has access to everyone’s apartments as the Super.

Ok, I think I finally have a theory that makes sense!! ->What if Jan is not Theo's mom, but his aunt? Her sister, the flute player, was frustrated because she couldn't share her love for music with her son and left. Jan was only trying to dismiss the Dimas to save her nephew. If she lived on the same floor as them, she could've seen Theo arriving that night and realized it was him? If they threatened Tim in the hallway on their floor maybe she overheard? ->As to Will, we need to consider why a ring that was so important to Teddy is all of a sudden being sold around. When Zoe found it, it wasn't in a postal package or urn like the rest of the jewellery, it looked like it had sentimental value...maybe it belonged to Theo's mom. I think maybe they had to dispose of it, because it was evidence, and Will, who would've lived in the building back then, saw them dump it and sold it to get money for college. ->Tim finally found the ring, but, as we know, he was talking about a package being delayed on the phone. What if Bunny wasn't actually getting his mail, but Jan was, He lived in apartment 9A, and Jan in 6A, it could happen that someone reads it backwards and delivers his packages to Jan's. At some point she gets curious about why so many packages and opens the ring, she recognizes it and knows what it means. She replaces it for the engagement ring we saw and hands the package to Bunny because she's in charge. Think about it, if Tim had found the only ring he needed, why would he keep buying random jewelry? ->Tim decides to give Theo a heads up, since they knew each other (he refers to Teddy as Theo's daddy in the flashback) and he blames Teddy for his crimes (in the video from his phone he only mentions Teddy, not Theo because he knows it was an accident). Tim ends up getting poisoned. ->Jan sees him leave and wanting to protect her nephew goes in there, maybe thinking he's sleeping or something and shoots him. She could've easily hide a gun in her bassoon's case (and no one would suspect her taking her instrument with her if they thought there was a fire). ->The notes we saw in the trash were actually her attempts, if you notice, the handwriting is really close to the one from the notes on people's doors. Then decides to leave a note on the computer instead and throws the other ones away. ->As for the note on her door, I do think it was a different person. If you notice, it was the only one so far that wasn't written by hand. Maybe someone in Zoey's family? I find it kind of weird that they mention that her family owned the entire 11th floor and the only person we haven't met from the suspect board is the guy from the 11th floor. If my dead relative's friend was murdered and the other one was making a podcast on it, I would keep up with it. Maybe they've been following the whole thing and found it weird how quickly Jan got close to Charles and made the connection?

That sex toy/cat toy Oliver found in episode 2 is not either! It appears to be a tool for cleaning musical instruments. Perhaps a bassoon?👀 Anyway I can't take credit for that one, a lovely rando on the OnlyMurdersHulu subreddit figured that one out.

The note on Jan’s door is written in all caps, just like the note on Oliver’s door, Lucy’s card to Charles, one of the suicide notes and also how Teddy Dimas texts.

I think the killer might be Oscar, Firstly, why was he going up to meet tim kono on the day he died, while everyone where running down, what made him think that Tim might be in his room, especially when Tim had asthma and due to this, the tenants of the building couldn't Open the fireplace, he would've been the first one to run from a building when a fire alarm went off. Secondly Oscar came and told the trio that Tim had received the ring from cutter before he died(Tim died on 16 of jan), then why would Tim have a note to meet cutter on 31st Jan which is about 15 days after his death. I think Oscar has not met with cutter, but lied to mislead them and make them think the dimas killed TIM, I think Oscar is leading them towards the dimas's bcoz he wants the them to go to jail for what they did to her girlfriend, And the reason he killed TIM was bcoz of him oscar was in jail for 10 years and Zoe didn't get justice. Also the reason he didn't meet Mable the vary day he came out is bcoz he was busy killing Tim and then staying underground for a while, that's y his dad didn't allow Mable to meet him. Also have y'all noticed that when Mable met Oscar, he knew who Mable is hanging out wid(Oliver and Charles) it is bcoz he has been keeping an eye on them. The way Oscar followed Mable was also suspicious

The therapist is on the 6th floor, so any of the suspects (like Uma) being on the 6th floor could be that they have appointments with the therapist.

I'm now leaning towards Oliver. He keeps on dismissing any other theory (made by Jan) to focus on his conclusion. He also left the building at one point - "to get air," at which time he could have placed the "I'm Watching You," note. I think we could use the idea that was used for Teddy about keeping the podcast close to be able to control the findings. This could be his greatest theatrical release. I don't know how Jan's stabbing is involved, but can it be as simple as a "And There Were None" twist in which the killer faked their death.

Will knew of the friendship-connection of Mabel to Tim Kono and Zoey. Remember Will asked his dad & Charles why were they having Mabel being a part of the investigative podcast...when she had been a friend of the deceased Tim. Will also informed them that Zoey died from falling from the building. So he was very familiar with the quad of friends...from his time in the building. (Was he rejected from their friendship circle years ago?) The doorman may feel Will is close enough to be a "resident"... due to his association to Oliver.

Is no one else suspicious of the doorman? He can walk around slipping notes on doors without it seeming out of place. Last episode showed him listening to the podcast while dropping off laundry. Also there was one time he brought Charles hat back, out of nowhere.

Oh, wow - you brought it back to my question! :) Although we know more now than we did when I originally posed it, your explanation got to the heart of what I was trying to ask…I think the way to solve this murder is going to be a combo of noticing clues, picking up on vague hints, and making the best guesses possible to fill in the blanks. (That last part is frustrating - but it’s also what keeps you thinking about the show!) Right now, I’m having trouble coming up with a satisfactory “who, how, why, and why now” myself. :( I think the person who comes closest to fitting the bill at this point is Oscar’s father, but I can’t connect him to the green ring. I do like the “Murder on the Orient Express”-style idea, as that may answer why there are multiple suicide notes (paper ones in different handwriting, plus one on the laptop) - a detail that has bugged me for weeks. I also think it may be possible that a building resident is working with / doing the dirty work for someone outside the building. That could connect the murder to Will, maybe Cinda, or any other suspicious character who isn’t technically a building resident. Another point in an outsider’s favor is I believe Charles said that Lester said “no one unknown to him” came in or out around the time of Tim’s murder. Could he consider someone “known” who doesn’t live there, but visits often and doesn’t seem suspicious to him? This especially works for Will, being Oliver’s son. (Although I find it difficult to believe Will would travel back and forth from Jersey to do ALL of this. That’s where a resident partner comes in.) You know Cinda was the first to rouse my suspicions, and I haven’t given up on her yet. :) The timeline’s had me stumped for a while - but I believe I’ve figured that out!… Episode 4 takes place on January 24th, according to Mabel’s phone. (She checks the date when she sees Tim has a meeting with GM on January 31st.) Cinda’s narration takes place “a few months from now” (with “now” being January 24th). If “a few” means 3, then we’re looking at sometime around April 24th (and her new podcast is “coming this Fall”). In this week’s episode (Episode 8), when Teddy show’s his phone to Theo so he can read the title of the latest podcast episode, the date on his phone is February 5th. So, if the murder is wrapped up soon - like, in a matter of days - she’s innocent (or wasn’t caught, which I doubt will be the case). BUT, if there’s a time jump (say, Mabel is framed and arrested - which stops the investigation and allows more time to pass before it’s truly solved), it could still be her! Who: Cinda, Who is her building connection doing the dirty work: Not sure…Arnav? (doubt it), Why & Why Now: Not sure…Maybe Tim lost all her money, too? And she is connected to someone in the building who really hates him - and they concoct this plot that would get him out of the way? Also, this is a totally random thought with no foreseeable connection, but: Could Cinda be related to the Dimas family? Tina Fey actually comes from a Greek heritage - and she and Nathan Lane look enough alike to be siblings, or some close relation. (There’s not enough details at this point to show how that would be justified or play out in the story, but it could be her connection to the green ring.) Are these wild ideas? Yes. But aren’t we left to wild ideas at this point? :) Also, “Yoko Jan” - that’s perfect! :) LOL!

We know Will knew Tim and Mabel and how they hung out in the apt complex. What if he was somehow rejected from the main Hardy Boys crew. The left out 5th hardy boy? Idk.

Just a thought : In the first episode, when the trio and Tim were in the elevator, Tim said about his packages that don’t arrive in his appartment, and the one who keeps records, etc is Ursula, and Mabel & Charles figure out that Tim’s package was in Bunny’s house, but I think that not by mistake, but maybe put there by Ursula, because Teddy and Theo were graverobing, Tim found about it and managed to get the stuff that was stolen, and Teddy found out, so there has to be something regarding this - Bunny and maybe Ursula who gave away to Oliver & Charles the records from the building regarding Tim, and at the memorial for Tim, almost none of the neighbours said anything nice about him, as if almost all were against him, and Ursula & Bunny wanted him portraited as a bad guy, but maybe there is some kind of understanding between the neighbours and Tim, possibly the thefts ? Also, there is the mistery regarding Charles ex and his daughter. Another one regarding Tim’s box - what if that was put there by someone intentionally ? There are many details in this series which makes us have different theories, and it keeps us in so much suspense until the last minute

A couple things: 1. I still think Evelyn died by licking the poisoned blood 2. I think Lester and/or Ursula could be heavy suspects. There is gut milk everywhere, and Tim had alcohol on his system from the report. He could have drank poisoned gut milk. To Lester, why did he have Charles’ hat? Also, he is the only one who has seen the security footage the night of the fire alarm, so can we trust him when he says no one came in or out?

I think it’s oscar’s dad or maybe howard put poison in tim’s food but unfortunately his cat used to linger in his apartment and the cat ate it accidentally so his plan backfired and his cat died, oscar’s dad held a grudge against tim for keeping his mouth shut so i guess he came and shot him but little did he knew tim was already poisoned and was dead at the moment…

I really wish this mystery is fair play but with only 2 episodes left I think we actually haven't met the killer I mean has anyone considered that we haven't met no one from the 11th floor? The whole 11th floor is owned by Zoe's family and yet we haven't met anyone that lives there, also why is no one talking about Oscar's dad? He's obviously upset with him. The who?: Oscar's dad The how: he's the super, he could've give him the poison when he went up there to fix something The why?: Because he cost his son 10 years in prison The why now?: Because he son was about to be released and he wanted revenge for his son

My theory is it is Oscar because he has a clear motive that he was in jail for a few years because of Tim , and he kept changing his statements , for example when he first said that he didn't go up to see Tim but then he said he did. That may have been for them to not suspect him , plus the opening scene is Mabel sitting next to Oscar's body, what I think is Mabel got to know that Oscar murdered Tim and then she murdered Oscar in rage.

I wonder if there were two perpetrators. Why was Tim Kono poisoned AND shot? The poison alone would have been enough to make it look like suicide. Lots of people kill themselves by OD-ing on Seconal. It could be that someone poisoned Tim Kono then another perpetrator, not knowing that Tim was already dead, shot him.

I suspect someone who had a relationship with Tim. The original owner of the Green ring. And is close to Charles. Charles daily cooks omelettes for Lucy, we know this, as his neighbor Avnar mentioned "I love the smell" How? She lives in the building. Who would be 35 yo by now. And she still FaceTime with Avnars daughter. Her card to Charles, her handwriting matches the notes! Why? The jewels, the poison used to kill the elderly in the building. Taking over Teddys business? Why now? Waiting for Tim to return the ring.....

Another thought: The person who left the note on Jan’s door was not the same person who stabbed her. Why would someone deliver a warning but then act so quickly before knowing if the warning had its desired effect or not? Evidently some time had passed between the time Jan received the note and when she was assaulted. There is a sack of groceries spilled on the floor next to her indicating that she had just returned from the market when she was attacked. It could be that Oliver left the note to shoo her off the case but she was attacked by someone else.

Hey also don’t forget that in episode 1 the first scene shows us a scene where Mable is on the floor with Oscar dead near her with blood on her shirt then she says “it’s not what it looks like” then it flashes to “two months earlier” which means all of this is happing 2 months prior

I do agree the Zoey mystery was more intriguing than Tim Kono’s death. We got to know more about her than Tim.

I have no idea who the killer is, I still think is Dimas + Jan and Jan is either related to the Dimas or Theo's mom.

Thought I would list some of the visual continuity errors I've spotted in the series so far: 1. Post-it note floor numbers on the suspects' board. Howard Morris' apt # is shown as 8C, but we know he lives on the 3rd floor. Also, I think Uma's apt # (3F) is incorrect because in ep1 we see her entering the elevator at the 12th (Mabel's) floor, then chastises Charles for holding up the elevator. 2. In ep1, when "All Is Not OK in Oklahoma" starts, the camera pans the outside windows of Charles (14th floor), Mabel (12th floor) and Oliver (10th floor), all one floor apart, but Oliver's apartment is actually 2 floors down from Mabel. 3. When Tim first enters the elevator, he presses the left-most button, 3rd row from the top, which should be button #8, but when he exits, it's the 9th floor. 4. Charles’ hat seems to change colour from blue (beginning of ep1) to brown (ep1, corridor & roof top) and back to blue (ep5). However, it's possible this is not an error, and that he just has more than 1 hat in the same style but in different colours.

If Tim was killed by poisoning, it would take more than one person to stage his 'suicide' by gunshot: someone to hold the body upright, and someone to shoot him. The blood splatter on his apartment wall means that he had to be upright when he was shot in the face. No?

Ok, so, the doorman. He claims that no one entered the building during the fire alarm, but we know oscar got in, which means either the doorman was lying, or theres a way into the building he doesnt know about. This means anyone could've snuck into the archonia. I dont think its Will bc the show hasnt told us much about him. I think maybe the Dimases poisoned tim and set it up like a suicide with all the notes just like they speculated in the episode, but someone else came and shot him later. There are 2 murderers in the building, kind of like what Tina Fey's character said a while back. I think the person that shot tim could be jan, but it could be someone else. Also, maybe the dimases had nothing to do with it and maybe Howard is the one that poisoned tim. Either way, I'm excited to see how the series ends

If Bunny were Theo's mother, Oliver would have told us this already. He and Teddy Dimas go way back. So it's doubtful that Bunny and Theo are mother and son.

I don't know why this just occurred to me watching this video, but that note that was sent to Jan could've been from Bunny. Bunny could have been watching her from the secret elevator! But that didn't deter Jan from everything else we find out about her, and couldn't Bunny try to find another way to stop her?... if she couldn't find a way to evict Jan without giving away her secrets (or the building's secrets) maybe evicting the trio was her way to try to save their lives. 🤷‍♀️

On re-watching the series, I noticed one thing- in second episode, in the flashback when Tim and Mabel meet for the first time, Mabel says that she lives with her aunt Salma, to which tim says " the lady in 12 A, I like her". Later in the same episode, Oliver and Charles go to pick up Mabel to check Tim's apartment before it is cleaned out. The letter "E" is there on the apartment door. Is it a continuity error or are we missing something? I feel like Mabel might be hiding something else just because of this. However I don't think she is the killer.

Zoey didn't have a relationship with Theo. She only flirted with him. He liked her. When Theo ask for the ring back, Zoey got mad.

Train of thought here...please bear with me: Your theory about Teddy Dimas paying someone to shoot Tim Kono makes me wonder if Teddy made a deal with Oscar to kill Tim. As I think this through, it seems unlikely, but it makes me wonder if Teddy has contacts within the prison Oscar was in and was able to make a deal with Oscar that if he agrees to shoot Tim Kono he would get out of prison early... While it seems unlikely that Oscar had anything to do with Tim’s death, Teddy could have made a deal with Oscar’s FATHER, so if Oscar’s father agreed to kill Tim Kono, his son would be released from prison. Maybe this relates to someone intentionally not ordering a toxicology report or sending the phone. Teddy may have connections to a police officer related to the black market jewelry dealings. Do we know anyone else involved with the police? Also we still don’t know who Mabel’s aunt is or why she isn’t there, we don’t know the deal with Charles’ sister, his ex, or Lucy. On a side note, if we are to believe that Howard faked passing out, he was able to fake it very easily as though he may have had to do it in the past and had practiced. When else could have Howard had to fake passing out in an attempt to clear his name? OR perhaps he really did pass out and because of that, HE was the one who poisoned Tim but had someone else shoot him?

I think Jan mentioned in an earlier episode that she had a rough falling out with a younger unnamed ex boyfriend that could be a possible why if she was referring to Tim but that’s all I could come up with

another why now for teddy could be that he was aware of oscars release and wanted to get rid of tim before they could talk because he knew tim would go to apologise and explain what he saw that night and why he had to blame oscar, maybe teddy knew that the two would have talked and then would have teamed up to expose teddy and theo. teddy could have seen oscars release as a threat for his son.

Also Howard has a phobia of blood which Charles thinks is fake acting but we know that Tim was also poisoned , plus the Spotify album of theirs has a track called Frozen Cat , which in my opinion hasn't been given much importance yet , but then why is there a track called Frozen Cat?

Thank you for these. I think your “fair play” points are true. There are some plot points that would really need two killers to work. Or it doesn’t work logically.

I have a theory regarding the death of Tim and The cat , Tim was poisoned before being shot and the cat was poisoned too . Observing how they gave a lot importance to "Gut Milk" for some reason , the poisoned liquid might've been the milk , Tim consumed it and may be fell down , the cat consumed it and maybe got poisoned and died too .

Based on these clues, Bunny is my main suspect: i. Tim’s packages have ended up in Bunny’s apartment on many occasions, which I don’t think is a coincidence. ii. In ep1, the opening credits easter egg is an “Easter Egg” in the arch above Bunny as she walks by. iii. In the opening credits, we see Bunny twice, walking a dog, at the start and at the end. With the exception of our trio, other characters are only seen once, including Oscar (walking down the stairwell) & Tim (in a window talking on the phone). iv. Bunny is walking Winnie, Oliver’s dog. This is a huge clue that something is amiss with this character! v. When the final episode of the podcast is dropped, 4 (suspect) characters are shown listening to it: Lester, Bunny, Uma and Will. I believe the killer will definitely follow the podcast; and is one of the characters shown. With Lester, Uma & Will, I can't come up with a good motive why they would want to kill Tim. v. (Update) I think the application of "Daddy's Little Helper" as a clue is two-fold, first identifying the father/son relationship of Teddy & Theo, and second, the identity of the killer in plain sight, i.e. Bunny at the start & end of the opening credits for every episode. And here are my "how, why, & why now" for Bunny: a. How: Invites Tim to pick up the package, and poisons him by offering him something to eat/drink. Follows Tim back to his apartment, then types the suicide note. Messages accomplice (Ursula or Uma) to pull the fire alarm, then shoots Tim. b. Why & Why now: Bribes Ursula to route Tim’s packages to her apartment since discovering that they contain jewellery, and she has been skimming some of it for herself. Discovers the emerald ring, which has great significance to Bunny (maybe her mom's?), and thinks Tim is responsible for its theft. Decides to kill Tim & reclaim the ring.

I love the idea of Bunny as the killer; cleaning up the Arconia of pesky cats that don’t stay in their own apartments, people who don’t pay their building fees, and maybe even people who play their instruments too loud (Jan). Poison is typically referred to as a woman’s method of murder, so Bunny as the poisoner is not so implausible…

I don't think it will be Oliver's son. This show has been picked up for season 2. Can you see Oliver continuing to play detective on some new case if his son turns out to be a murderer? That is not going to happen.

So now I want to watch all the episodes over again for clues before the finale next week

I dont know if this has any baring on the case or if its an oversight in the writing or if its already been addressed. Here goes. When everyone gets in the lift in episode 1, Brazzos presses the 14th floor(notice there is no 13 on the elevator panel, this is an old superstition about the number 13 in old hotels/apartments etc) So, in fact Brazzos lives on the 13th floor. Directly underneath him is Mabel on the 12th(which she can be seen clearly pressing) Oliver presses the 10th floor. Now, in the opening animation credits its clearly shown that Oliver lives two floors underneath Mabel. However, in the cutscene of everyone during the Oaklahoma podcast, as the camera moves down externally from Brazzos' apartment it clearly shows Oliver now lives on the floor Directly underneath Mabel. Is this a production error? Has this ever been addressed in the Show? If Oliver actually lives on the 11th floor, why did he get off the 10th. What were in those packages he was carrying? That ginger cat can be seen on the same floor. Isn't that the floor the creepy cat guy lives on?

Will did have a huge smirk on his face when he was listening to the podcast and they were saying it was the Dimases...

For Zoë the why & why now ultimately was accidental with Zoë. She was in too much of a angry drunk mind state, then was embarrassed when Theo said, she deserves better and he would give her a real ring one day; when she quickly put him in check, stating she is the one who gives him sympathy not the other way around. That was the exact build up to the death of Zoë where she pushes Theo falling backwards drunkingly off the push back over the buildings edge to her death (weak death scene actually IMO). My main point is it can arguably be fair play as we learned about the ring Zoë had stolen from Teddy Dimas while Theo creepily watched literally through hole in the wall, also how the Dimas' run illegal jewelry trade business from grave robbing over a couple episodes. Essentially the why & why now is revealed, since the death of Zoë was an accident, thereby, the why & why now would not exist. The next best thing would be why did Theo go after Zoë the night she accidentally died which the accident only took place because she stole the ring and Teddy sent his son Theo to get it ASAP.

I have few theories, but since I lost my draft trying twice - I'm not gonna do this because most of my reaction is about the episode, not the theorising over the mystery. I do think that Howard's not the big-player though, he's just that pet-parent weirdo you meet IRL..

I assumed the one who gave Tim poison, was not the same person who shot him. I guessed whoever shot him just didn't know he'd already been poisoned. He could have been poisoned but hadn't died from the poison yet, and actually died from the gunshot. I don't know if a toxicology report can tell which it actually was, other than who would poison him after he was shot? I like the Oliver theory, makes a lot of sense, plus he has the closest connection to the Dimases, and I think most people would overlook the Main Three

In the OMITB official teaser promo from way back in June, there's a shot of Mabel's partially finished mural, which I think contain clues to the identity of Tim's killer. So spoiler alert if you choose to look for the teaser.

What about the therapist? He may have access to such drugs used to poison Tim. He also seems to be in dire need for money...since he is always advertising his services (at memorials, etc.) and how he accepts all kinds of payment sources. Also, those suicide notes found in the trash. Could he have written those notes to throw police off? Maybe Tim was a patient of his...since Tim's confession video showed him apologizing to Oscar. It seemed like he has been carrying this burden a long time and may have sought the convenience of an "in-house" therapist.

Tim had to choose between letting Oliver be implicated in Zoe's death or exposing Theo in her death. Episode 7 did show Tim being threatened by Teddy but is there a connection between Tim and Theo that we don't know about? If Tim was scared by the threat why would he keep living in the same building for 10 years? If he was concerned for Mabel why would he lose touch with her for 10 years? Tim and Theo would have grown up together. Could Tim want the purloined ring that Zoe stole from Teddy/Theo to protect Theo?

What if Tim Kono pulled the fire alarm because he smelled someone having a fire?!? They got into a fight and even though he was already poisoned they shot him. Not sure who is could be… maybe bird lady?

maybe jan killed tim to get revenge for zoe? she was talking about having a half-sister, which could be zoe, and even though she didn’t like her, she may have gotten revenge for her by killing tim. then again, she probably wouldn’t know that tim saw it happen, so it may be a bit far fetched.

Jan…why? She had a relationship with Tim…using bassoon cleaner as sex toy? Why now? She’s also sleeping with the therapist and using him to poison Tim, who left Jan for someone else, making her number 2? But then, who was that? It is hard to find a why now for her? Is she worried about the podcast? I do believe she stabbed herself or the doctor stabbed her and she left the note on her door. Why wouldn’t Jan also be trying to kill Tim’s other lover too? I am a bit confused here. And if she has a partner who poisoned Tim and she passionately shot Tim, who is the partner? Ok, I think I know what's going on. I think Ursula, the s we a witch has access to everything since she takes care of the mail. I think she has been blackmailing the tenants and threatened several of them to kill to. Bc he was so annoying to people. So, I think it is a multiple murder suspects. She wanted him dead and got more than one person to kill him one was the cat guy, he poisoned Tim and accidentally poisoned his own cat as well. The other was Jan, who shot Tim. I'm not sure why yet.

I think the suicide notes and the trash bag were theo’s, his character is clearly lonely and Tim might have taken it as evidence. I still think Oliver is our best suspect. He definitely had time to leave that note on jans door and could have done that to his own door and dog. He really wanted Jan to stop pointing elsewhere and he’s done that all along. I still think we will get an “Oliver twist” ending

I recently remembered the incident when the doorman returned Charles’ lost hat. Do we know where/when he lost the hat? Maybe it’s like the rubber glove he dropped in the Dimas apartment in that it could have clued Bunny or someone else in that he was sneaking around.

I think they may catch the killer of Tim or they may not, however I think the killer or a new will kill Oscar or person in the tie dye hoodie before the end of the last episode to set up the second season of the show.

YES! you agree with me on Mabel and Tim having a relationship (she still haven't given back that engagement ring) and Charles fishy relationship timeline is just not adding up. I still think Oscar is involved in his murder hence Mable killing Oscar but in episode 8 we did see one of the podcast fans wearing a tye died hoodie so maybe it's him on the floor and not Oscar. I guess we will just have to wait and see

Bunny doesn't strike me as someone who would get her hands dirty, and one or both of these characters could be her accomplices: Ursula: a. May have a side-hustle mis-delivering Tim’s packages to Bunny’s apartment. b. Could have been hired by Bunny to pull the trigger after Tim died from the poison. She has access to all the apartments, and also knows Tim has a gun, according to Howard’s claim that Tim threatened to shoot Evelyn. c. Her “sea-witch” nickname given by Mabel could be a clue that she is not innocent. Uma: a. In ep1, Mabel overhears Bunny’s conversation on meeting friends over a “Caesar with balsamic”. Shortly after Bunny leaves, Uma also leaves, potentially to meet Bunny at the eatery. In ep8, Uma & Bunny are shown eating popcorn while listening to the final drop of the podcast, confirming their friendship. During the podcast, Uma raised her eyebrows at the mention of the gun going off; could she be the person who pulled the trigger instead of Ursula? b. She may have a prescription for seconal from Dr Grover Stanley (6th floor), to whom she may be client. She could have given some of it to her friend Bunny, to help her sleep. This would allow Bunny access to poison she does not own.

So, does Theo take the ring from Zoe, then Teddy sold the ring to someone, then it somehow get to that mysterious guy at bayport, then the ring reach Tim Kono, and now is missing?

In response to your fair play comments for the audience to solve the death of Chloé I would say if the series intends to be "fair to play" it only applies to the main murder plot of TIM KONO.

Is Bunny Mable’s aunt? Cause when Tim and Mable met when they were little she said her aunt lives in the building - Salma Ramirez. Then Tim said that she knows her, she’s from 12A. Bunny lives in 12A. But why would she never mention it?

We have to remember the flash forward scenes with cinda canning and the very first shot of the season (Mabel standing over a dead body). Cinda saying “only murderers in the building” makes me think it’s someone who lives in the building.

theo’s mother could be jan and she was trying to get them to look at other suspects so they won’t get into trouble. but if she left them, she wouldn’t have a reason to care about them anymore, so this may also be far-fetched.

Grover Stanley lives on the 6th floor. Mable lives on 12. It couldn't have been Mabel making the noise the Grover was complaining about. No?

Some other observations from this episode: 1. I think the tie-dye hoodie victim from ep1 is Sam, the Putnut Arconiac fan. When Oliver asked him to play Tim in his re-enactment, Sam said "Dead, but literally ..." . Could this be foreshadowing his demise? I hope I'm wrong on this one because I thought Jaboukie Young-White was great as Sam and would love to see him return in season 2. 2. Seeing the Arconiacs remind the trio that Tim entered from the 6th floor made me think that Tim could possibly be seeing Dr Stanley, and the suicide notes could be part of his therapy to relieve anxiety? If Tim was getting drugs from the therapist, it could be another way he was poisoned. I don't know, wildly speculating here. Dr Stanley hasn't been seen in a while (since ep3?), so he's not high on my list of suspects. Still think it's Bunny + Ursula/Uma.

I think we r going to find out exactly what happened to Jan next week. I think she was stabbed because if u look in the trailers Mabel finds a bloody knife in the vents. Maybe Jane came home & it was an ambush the person stabbed her then heard Charles coming through the door then the killer hid in the apartment & hid the knife in the vent then is either going to go through the vents to escape or a window because clearly they can’t use the front door.

Ok we have to think logical it’s not the big 3 . Since we already know their is a season 2 would not be Oliver’s son. It would make no sense . Other then he knew that that Madel hung out with Oscar and Will . Now let us not forgot a few things first Oscar has a brother that he gets confused for and his dad is the super of the building who would have a key to every room and have a great reason for revenge . Also who is the women Madel was standing over. It looked like a bigger women who could of been Bunny. Now it’s pretty sure Jan knows something. Plus we have not even mentioned any of Zoe’s family could Jan be connected to Zoe ? I think next week’s episode will get a lot of questions answered.
