The vans come a long way, and catching up with my milage now, 😆 Headlights are still a dream and have been wonderful over the winter. 👍

Wow quite a makeover !! To be honest I wouldn't have noticed a lot of the changes until you pointed them out, subtle but nice, obvious things like the tyre stickers stand out. Love the sign writing. Good luck with the business 👍

Thank you! I like the subtlety with many of the alterations but yes, by contrast the way the tyre stickers help it stand out has always put a smile on my face. Onwards and upwards....or downwards if I ever get it lowered 😆

Nice job mate . Did you do anything to the sliding door rail on the side door ? My one has gone all flaky

Thank you very much. Still so much I'd like to do to her but happy with what we have so far. Funnily enough my rail is also flaky. I keep meaning to do something with it, and I'm not sure what that will be yet 👍🏼

One thing not to do is lower the suspension .

Hello Colin. Thank you for watching and commenting 👍🏼 You'll be pleased to know I still haven't lowered the van, but only because finances haven't allowed. I'd still love to see it go up and down on air ride haha! May I ask, why do you think it's a bad idea to lower it? Do they have specific problems when doing so? Thanks again 👍🏼

@@Number1HeadlightRestoration air ride is different . I have a T4 westfalia the guy I bought it from lowered the suspension, totally ruined the ride and comfort , so thankfully he reinstated the original suspension . I’m a Citroen fan and have an Ami 8 from 1977 , love it .

I hear what you're saying about static lowering and ruining your VW. I've been there with other vehicles in the past, so I'm totally with you on that. We live and learn haha! I'd love air ride but it's SOOOO expensive it'll probably never happen unfortunately. A shame as I think it would make the van even more stand out. Thanks again 👍🏼
