Thank you for the video, it covers most points and managed properly or it gets closed down. Chicken processing and handling is a high risk operation. Hope you enjoyed the blast freezer, fast freezing keeps ice crystals small in the meat and keeps the skin white. Slow cooling and freezing yellows the skin. Means bigger efficient freezers...massive product and heat load. Amazing!

This is wonderful ❤ , But dear LYNDA, kindly tell Kenchic that our orders always delay here in Uganda 🇺🇬 thanks.

Very informative for sure, surprised their different farms are so decentralized - Broodstock in Kisaju, hatchery in Kitengela, Processing in Thika, Grow out in kakuzi Makuyu etc. Could it be something to do with biosafety? And for those asking, Kenchic is Kenyan owned, and now with operations in Tanzania and Zambia. Keep up the good work
@jadwaholdingsltd21712 жыл бұрын
Hi, Such a price tag for just an 'egg', Dear Lynda, Kenchic should ensure the birds are fully vaccinated for the common diseases to help the farmer recoup his investment! At the moment its a one sided (Kenchic) deal

Kenbro is the best. Slow growing compared to broilers and it's robust and it's sweet just like kienyeji chicken. It grows bigger than Normal kienyeji because can gains upto 3.8kgs when feed with balanced diet.

@tesha1992 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I bet these chickens are grown conventionally in huge crowded areas. Nothing beats a pasture raised meat.
@kingsafari4342 жыл бұрын
The chickens are imprisoned in small spaced cages their entire life time till slaughter. Cage farming has inhuman conditions that are no good for general viewers who value humane handling of animals.

@Kevin Njoroge, there is something called rhetoric/irony. I bet she just wanted the host to spell out the details, otherwise if she knows all the details, what is the point of the video? She is there to get all possible details even obvious ones for the sake of those viewers not in the know...
