Make sure to take vitamin D supplements. Most of us are deficient so this is advice to anyone reading as well. It really makes a difference when it comes to fatigue and overall mood.

Maybe start taking vitamin D supplements- these help when the sun isn’t out. But yes, the UK in winter can get u down. Hope u find other things that bring ur mood up. The volunteering idea is so good ❤️

have you thought about putting Krew in nursery or taking him to little kids play areas? That’s a good place to start because then you’re forced to come out the house everyday. I think like you said you feel that way because you don’t have a routine yet. But one day you’ll look back at this video and be shocked how far you’ve come

Longest Comment I ever written lol- Chan....Krew is making Elfie get his steps in! He has been from the North Pole to the UK and back lol. I totally get what you are saying during your rant. From my opinion only, more exposure to social media = more desensitized people. And since the pandemic I feel like we went into media overload. Social media has opened this door for people to "say and hit send," and respond in times of high emotion and/or boredom. I try to keep my personal comments about influencers lifestyle to a minimum but that definitely came with growth from mistakes in my youth. What I appreciate about you is that whatever you say and do, you remain authentically yourself, camera be damned. I have been watching your videos for a while and you have literally grown up in front of me. I definitely see how maturity has changed you, and how you have risen above adversity. I can't speak for anyone but your resilience is what keeps me watching because it is hella motivating. And I love Lala's advice! P.S-I def thought you were going to pilot a Weekly Vlogmas this year. I am proud of you trying to share so much of yourself with us!

Lol the relief I get from hearing Krew speak like this? You have no idea I'm South African, so our first language isn't English and whenever my 2 year old(27 months) speaks English it sounds just like Krew's (hence I say he makes me miss my son when I watch your vlogs, they also have almost the same colouring) so I thought my son's accent was off 😂 I plan on taking him to an English school once he turns 3,and I don't want him to not fit in. Ps: I didn't even notice this weight gain people have been commenting about and sis I've been watching you for years now, even before you got pregnant 😂 But hey that's just me. I think you look happy. You deserve to be.

When you did that "am I pregnant vlog," I noticed someone in the comments still said "congrats." I was like, "dude, did you even watch the whole vlog, or were you not listening?" I thought that to myself. I wasn't gonna respond to the person and start an argument. But, people just like assuming and stuff. Even after you tell them for the 5,000th time, they still say the same thing as if what they said was true, when it's not. That's just human nature. People like being rude. I don't like that, either.

i don’t feel attacked, just once again having to go back and forth with someone who thinks they can figure out my life better than me. if it was that simple don’t you think we would’ve made that choice? you seem to not understand the part about him playing PRO soccer. meaning he doesn’t just get to decide where he wants to live, this isn’t lala land for everyone. BUT i do. which is why i made the choice to go BACK AND FORTH, you must have missed that part as well. i shouldn’t have to explain my life decisions to someone who knows nothing about me than what i choose to show. so if you want to stay in your little old town because you think men should adjust to you then you’ll never realize that a relationship is a compromise not a dictatorship or one sided.

That's like saying a police officer signed up to be killed by the criminals they're trying to catch. No, she did not sign up to be verbally attacked. She signed up for her videos to be watched. Her job posting videos simply makes her a publicly known person. That's it. Will Smith didn't sign up for being judged. He signed up to be an actor. Brittany Spears didn't sign up to be judged. She signed up to sing. People DO judge. There's folks who will never be known by more than 50 people who still get judged, because of human nature. Being in a particular job does not give anyone the right to judge you, at all. Only an actual judge in the court of law can judge others. Unless you're a real judge, people have no business judging. Period. Yeah, she could ignore, or people can just not judge. She shouldn't have to have anything to ignore.
