Big case brewing in Myrtle Beach South Carolina with the mysterious death of Mica Miller. A no contact order and divorce order was filed against her husband Pastor John-Paul Miller 48 hours before she died. There are a lot more juicy details than this that it make it look like the next Chad Daybell/Lori Vallow case. I hope you will keep your eye on this one as it unfolds.

Hi Scott The DNA partial match found on the glove box and the backseat of Suzanne’s Range Rover was in the Codis database but wasn’t an exact match to crime scenes in Tempe Chicago or Phoenix. It was a partial match which means that the sample wasn’t from the offender but from a relative on that offender, a cousin, or a sibling etc. So, just an innocent guy who just so happens to be related to a sex offender in Tempe Chicago or Phoenix. Also the cocktail of drugs in Suzanne's bone marrow was BAM.

Claims that Judge Gull "has contempt" for the defense attorneys, she has contempt for the entire justice system and perhaps even more for the victims and their families. I've never had less respect for anyone in the legal world.

@@MostlyMom Nothing that family says adds up,Kelsi can't repeat the same story twice, Derrick and Cody are out of bounds by 'Ma Baker'(Becky Patty),leader of that crime clan...if they aren't involved, they are terrified of being burnt out of their home by elements attached to this crime...why not one has been cleared by LE

The DNA in her car was a partial match which is for some reason not clarified. It means whomever left it is a RELATIVE of the sex offender.

I can’t think of any other attorneys I would rather have if I was Richard Allen, but someone needs to report her and get her off her high horse.

@@HumanimalChannel Yes I know that...having studied FBI profilers for decades there is nothing I don't know about rapists and serial killers and pedophiles. But my gut feeling tells me no stranger abducted and killed Suzanne. It was at the height of Covid and the country in lockdown except for necessary travel. None of the locals saw any strangers in the town or surrounding areas, no strange vehicles. Its certain that Suzanne did not go on a bike ride that day, she had other things going on. No stranger drove all the way to rural Colorado that day to look for a victim, nor drove there on the off chance of finding one. Only one person had the means, the motive and the opportunity.......

Scott, why hasn’t Judge Gull been removed? She has obvious animosity & she has behaved in a way I’ve never heard of anyone behaving; in a previous trial. Why isn’t the state doing anything about this? It’s obvious he isn’t getting a fair trial. Is there anything that can be done? Could the public affect it in any way? Would making calls be effective? This isn’t right, AT ALL. Can you tell us what penalty she could face, if she causes a conviction and it’s reversed because of HER ACTIONS? Tell me more. That was Logan’s voice, to my very reliable ear. Voices are one of my neurodivergent “gifts”.

I agree! So many times in reporting this they miss that the DNA was a partial match, which means it was a relative of a codis match. Such an important fact and seems to be misrepresented so many times unfortunately.

I don't understand how unknown male DNA in Suzanne's glove box that is only a partial match (not a match) with the CODIS DNA of a bad guy -somehow constitutes exculpatory evidence. The glove box DNA shares ONLY 7 genetic markers with the CODIS DNA of the bad guy (therefore not a match - it would need 13 genetic markers to be a match).

IMHO, if Drfendant is innocent, it should be fairly easy to prove innocence in Delphi case -- show true alibi. Why is Defendant not clamoring his innocence? Why were things buried in his backyard, trash is much easier to dispose of unwanted items. Js

Just a thought but maybe the Defense should have actually provided some half credible nexus for third party involvement in that 136page waffle they submitted lol They had their chance and they blew it. Im not a huge fan of Gull, but quite honestly I would be concerned about weeks n weeks of pointless filibustering based on the Franks motion alone. A waste of time and tax payers money.

The problem with giving the defense too much time or leeway in the Delphi case is that the defense attorneys might try to bring up every person who was ever accused on the internet of being Bridge Guy. If there were real evidence for any of them being Bridge Guy, that would be okay, but just playing the thousands of hours of KZfaq videos where people make accusations would be unfair to the jurors, particularly if the jurors are sequestered. The government should never force people to sit there for months listening to lawyers grind them down with nonsense. I realize that lawyers love to be the star of their own little show and have a captive audience, but jurors should have rights too. For those of us who live in rural areas, a cell phone connecting and disconnecting from the towers at odd intervals is not surprising. If Miss German's phone was at the ragged edge of where it would connect to the tower, small movements could have led to the phone connecting and disconnecting. If small movements of her body during the process of rigor mortis moved the phone, that could lead to connection or disconnection. If an animal nudged her foot or her phone, that could cause the phone to connect or disconnect. The defense should absolutely be allowed to present that evidence, but that evidence does not automatically exclude Allen as the killer.

Here's the thing; I think the evidence is starting to point away from Barry Morphew, or at least past reasonable doubt. That being said, I think he shares a large part of the blame for the suspicion firmly falling on him in the first place. He was a crap husband. If he weren't such a crap husband to begin with, maybe he wouldn't have been the obvious suspect. And I'm still not sure he had nothing to do with it.
