Let's Visit Parkersburg, WV

At the very beginning of the video, I cross into West Virginia at the Ohio River near Marietta, OH. After that, I head to Parkersburg, WV to check out the downtown area including sights of the Blennerhassett Hotel and the Wood County Courthouse. Later, I head to the park at the Ohio River where the Little Kanawha River empties into it.
The end of the video features some spectacular views of the Parkersburg area (and nearby Belpre, OH) from Fort Boreman Park.

The countryside around Parkersburg and past Vienna into Ohio is just beautiful. Everytime I am in that area I marvel at just how beautiful it is.

i live in parkersburg for 20 years next time you go to parkersburg you should check out the high school on dudley ave and there a pizza joint across the street from it that serves amazing pizza

Wow, what a beautiful place Parkersburg is. You were fortunate to have been there on a very nice day. I especially liked the footage along the riverfront; am very attracted to waterways and just hanging out there watching the tide go by. Thanks for putting this together for everyone to watch!

Grew up in P-burg. Now live in Maine. Still a pretty town.

I have lived there my whole life and I still do. You should go check out high school called PHS there is a very nice Pizza joint across from it and it’s got very good pizza
