Let the games begin! YPC UK Episode 1

Finally the time has come! The very first YPC tournament on UK soil is about to begin and we look forward to bringing you 10 thrilling episodes, packed with angling expertise, British humor and plenty of angling romance on the lakes and rivers around the country! Glory awaits the winner and, just as importantly, a starting slot for the main European YPC BANK in the Netherlands next year! But first the anglers have to get through the preliminary round, so let's not waste any more time and see which of the 5 participants from group A will get off to the best start in the tournament!

Great first episode of the new YPC UK. I anticipate more great fishing to come, since I already know some of the British KZfaqrs and their fishing exploits. Great that a greater audience on the continent gets to know them too now.

St. freakin' Peter! This was great to watch! Those are some entertaining anglers to follow and it's quite educational. Even better than than todays YPC Bank. It's a blast to have this much Fishing entertainment on a sunday evening!

I must admit I hadn't fished for years until I moved from Leicestershire to Lincolnshire, and it was watching Dan bucknall and Paul aka river piker that got me back into it, since lockdown not really kept it up again, with other commitments, but watching this I've been back out in garage and sorted my pike- perch and drop shot rods out again, thanks to you and KZfaq for one making this and 2 KZfaq recommending it to me l, hopefully rivers drop a bit and I can get out

Nice format! And probably the fastest catch in YPC history ever. I like also the "voice" of the host. Matches perfect! Perfect handling of the caught fish. I gonna follow it.

Ryan: really loved, how you handled the fish 👌 Many German Fishermen should take this as an example, how to give a fish the respect, it deserves! Hi Markus, Thank you for your kind words. It was really hot the week we shot this so as with my personal fishing the first thing I do is make sure there is a wet mat, sling measure anything you will be putting fish on. I am glad it was kept in the final edit it's the small things to help others look after the fish for more to enjoy

Really enjoyed this inaugural UK episode. Really liked to see different lures from alternative brands being used. LMAB media productions, including their great podcast (only in German though), are definitely topping their fishing products.

Loved every minute of that. Seeing DB buckle under pressure took me by surprise, always came off as quite confident in his videos, I guess it just shows the mental pressure tournaments put people under! Also as a novice to fishing, I started a year ago, its nice to see the professionals struggle somewhat.

HuB goes PaP bin seit der aller ersten Staffel YPC, durch die Teilnahme meines Kumpels Bene von TWP dabei und hab keine sekunde von keinem der jeweiligen YPC Formate verpasst, schon irgendwie krank, gestört, aber geil. Natürlich ist der YPC UK jetzt auch ein muss, obwohl ich nicht alles zu 100% verstehe, Deutsche Untertitel wär cool, aber alles gut. Bin gespannt was noch Alles so kommt und wie die Reise des HuB Universum weiter geht. lg aus 🇦🇹

Gott sei dank reichen meine Englischkenntnisse aus, um das allermeiste zu verstehen 🙏 Auf Grund der teilweise doch sehr speziellen Dialekte (ist ja bei uns mit Herby nicht anders 😀) wäre es auf lange Sicht aber für uns Deutsche doch echt wünschenswert, wenn ihr es in folgenden Staffeln eventuell doch hinbekommt, deutsche Untertitel einzufügen. Dass das viele Kapazitäten "frisst" und auch nicht ganz günstig ist, ist mir vollkommen klar. Daher hoffe ich, dass meine Adventskalender-Bestellung heute euch ein wenig finanziell unterstützt, dass dies in Zukunft eventuell doch möglich wird 💪 Auf jeden Fall wie immer ein saugeiles Format. Weiter so H & B 👌

A great first episode. Have carp fished with Ryan Dabbs many times, videos on my channel. He's a dedicated enthusiastic angler and thrives under pressure. He'll hunt those fish down. My money is on Ryan!

Season 1 comprises of several episodes and surprise, surprise (they don’t all get released at the same time). Every Sunday at 18:00 - concentrate really hard and I’m sure you’ll remember. 😉

This tournament is organised exclusively for UK anglers - to highlight UK predatory angling and help grow the outdoor hobby within the UK. Of course we are still pleased with every European viewer that enjoys the entertainment.

From Birmingham, it’ll take you 3 hours to reach the Scottish border. With absolutely no traffic. Wales is closer but fewer rivers to fish. Assume they’ll pick different starting points in other rounds 🤷‍♂️

I'd double-check a certain competitors' measurements. He's proven he cheats for social media fame and financial gain, by folding the measuremats to make fish appear longer.
