I can’t get everything out of my head, but it’s been really bad lately, I try and try and try but I can’t fix myself, I feel sad and angry all the time, I think about letting go of life, to ease the pain I try to find something to distract me but it only works for a little bit these memories and losses hurt and time doesn’t fix anything it hasn’t I don’t have friends I want people there I want family but I barely have them, so I’ve isolated but there’s so much that hurts inside and I can’t let go.
