We were finally so lucky to find our home in Riverstone. Was on the market for 1 week with 1 conditional bid from a couple from BC, that their house would be listed within 48 hours. Their house wasn't even listed yet. We bumped them out with our offer and having all our ducks in a row + ready to buy. Just a home inspection. I cant believe there was only 1 bid on this house! It was definitely meant for us! God is good! ❤😁

If you had to choose between north, south, west and east Lethbridge. What would you choose for a young family looking for a new and quite neighborhood?

I live in copperwood and it seems to be one of the best family communities, however there are many neighbourhoods that are great. Like blackwolf, southrbrook garry station, and country meadows are brand new communities with great amenities nearby. It also depends on pricepoint and what schools or work you want to be close to! I will have neighbourhood tours coming out soon as well!

I've been dreaming of buying my first home and moving there for the past 6 months or so. I'm starting to lose hope. I'm stuck in rental hell in the Toronto area. I'll probably have to start looking at places less desirable. Lethbridge just kind of dawned on me recently. I'm kinda pissed I didn't think of it a couple years ago.

i wouldnt say lethbridge isnt "less desirable" just less populated !
