Hi Hawkins, what a great job you've been doing. Kudos to you. I was undecided on the Alberta city to move to, but after watching this vlog, I have decided to give Lethbridge a shot. But one more thing please, how robust is the job market? As I'll be searching for a job in the first week of arrival in Lethbridge. Hoping to hear from you soon. Peace✌️

Hello - this is a tough question to answer based on your industry - but lethbridge has one of the lowest unemployment rates in Alberta :)

Love your videos. I'm planning on moving there by the end of September. I will need to rent a 2 bedroom apartment for the first 6 month I'm there. Where can I see apartments on line. Can I view on line and put a deposit son I have somewhere to live soon as I arrive. Not sure how to go about this. Cannot be homeless.

Suited homes could be attached or detached. But an attached suited home likely isn’t part of a condo association

Love to see an update! I grew up in Lethbridge for half my life, our family moved to a small town about 20 minutes out for the last decade or so. I am about to be 18 and planning on eventually buying a house in Lethbridge. I think the plan is to buy a 2 bed 2 bathroom house on separate floors. So I can live on the one level and rent out the other.

What are y’all on about? Lethbridge is full of crackheads EVERYWHERE. I’m pretty sure crimes are high. Plus the city is honestly ugly af. It’s not that beautiful. Sure housing might be good but still. Roads are busy as hell.

Lived in Lethbridge for years, if dodging homeless people harassing you on the sidewalk, or tip toeing needles in the parks, it's the place for you!

😢 Yes I agree. I moved away from downtown because of that. But I've noticed in the last year it's gotten amazingly better and I don't know why. They didn't just shuffle people off somewhere so I'm not sure. So it is a great little city all around. 😊

Love the pre-approval letter. Very important for a buyer to know what they qualify for especially now, when buying power is significantly less than a year ago. No point thinking you can buy at a specific price point only to find out you were wrong! Saves everyone valuable time.
