@@neoman7479 depends on your situation. Maybe you would want to take the offer, but if you need to put an offer on your new home... you might not have the time to wait until august... but I think he meant to so say $10,000 under ask price.

Sounds like we're gonna have to put offers in before the houses are even listed! 🤣 It worries me a bit looking at the $400k-$450k range. As you mentioned, we wont have any conditions which hopefully will work to our benefit 🤞

This isnt typical - but hopefully coming into the spring we will see more listings, that will cool the market a bit!

@Kurtis Hawkins: Is it even possible to get a decent home for ~$400k now? I mean, one that isn't too old, renovated, finished basement with ~6-7k total sqft lot on the west side of Lethbridge, AB?

Yes it’s possible for sure… the only issue is low inventory - the good ones are selling quick

@@kurtishawkins You think we'll 100% see more inventory in April or still the same as it's been for a while? I saw one I liked but I think it's sold sadly.
