absolutely. the $300-400,000 range is super competitive

could you provide the numbers of existing homes in the city over each of the last 5 years or so? (and numbers in various price points as well as type of housing)

we used to do more numbers, but i felt it was too much info.. kind of boring just to listen to a bunch of stats lol we do put in the 5 year average!
