Thanks mate! I should've mentioned the fact you need a tilt hitch to do it this way. Would definitely make lifting a little slower and lose some breakout force but you'll pick up a full bucket at full reach any day of the week.

It depends on the situation really. At the start I mention I’m sitting on a 14 percent incline so it was quite an aggressive slope. If you have a machine digging side ways on a hill that steep, it puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on your slew motor and will give you one hell of a sore back at the end of the day! Every situation is different though and if it was only a minimal slope I wouldn’t bother packing the track but in this instance I think it’s another helpful tip to apply if you’re in the same situation 👍🏽
