You can pull the header and wire-wheel it. Then polish it out, clean it with alcohol then let it get hot idling. It should re burn in clean.

Man, my peg set has all powder-coated or stainless hardware. They are good when they are right.

Someone did the same thing down the road from me. Took out power and internet for 6 hrs. The lil bastard ran from the scene leaving his girfriend sitting in the car.

If you can't find a new factory mount you can get a tap set. And larger hardware.

I managed to find a used on one ebay for $15!... I havent use it yet though. I ended up swapping with by buddy for his OEM ones and they are holding nice and tight.

D you can get those pipes powder coated for about 20$ a foot. pro tip use WD 40 for glue its safer and works much better than goo gone!

welp, came a long way quickly, who went at that rear section with a dremel? wth for?, whatya gonna do with that, replace it?. an grips gotta go right?. year an miles?. pls keep us updated, nice job so far!.

Its a 2017 with 10k miles. Yeah, grips are goin, and Im gonna shorten the handlebars. The first owner told me he had a luggage rack on the rear and that's why the holes are there. I'm probably gonna just buy new panels as they're only about $54 each. Maybe I should just hire the Ramen Noodle guy to fix them LMAO!!
