Yeah you can file a copyright claim against them. And they can appeal it. And if you reject their appeal than can accept the strike or fight it by giving you there personal information. You then have 10 days to file a lawsuit or the claim is dropped. You have zero percent chance of winning in court. There’s already precedence with the h3h3 lawsuit. Accept the fact you aren’t perfect and people can criticize your videos.
