I’m so glad my mother sent me to your Instagram. We come from a line of Cherokee healers and I’m always at my best when I’m one with the forest and waters. It’s important to stay grounded despite our upbringing and as a mother of two special needs children in a time of warfare while building I find your channels to be truly inspirational and totally relatable! Your a beautiful person with so much to offer! Thank you for being here! ❤️

Oh my gosh...you DO NOT have to throw away your oil if you get water in it! When using fresh herbs, keep note of how much oil you've added to your jar when you cover them with it and monitor it. At the end when it is time to strain it, if you see you have more oil than when you started then that means water is present and can be "cooked off" and separated in a double boiler. Remember, oil and water do not mix. After cooking off the water re add it to the jar after it has cooled and check how much you have again. It would be a horrible waste to throw away what can easily be saved!
