What I didn't like about DBS, was the Battle of Gods & Resurrection F movies being adapted into TV arcs. I was also disappointed finding about about Goku Black's origin. The trailer looked pretty sweet, and evil Goku. In terms of animation, I love the Universal Tournament Arc.

Big D.... are you into GUNDAM at all??? cause you're about the same age as me.....we both grew up with Toonami with not only with DBZ...but that's about the same time Gundam Wing...which is one of the best Gundam stories ever convinced...00-Gundam later on the same level as far as tangents with the team of Gundam pilots that precede the Gundam Wing series...but it's totally awesome...💯

Dragon Ball does have a canon. It's the manga, no? Filler isn't canon. Most of the movies aren't canon. Things get dicey with Super though.

Anyone that says Dragon Ball was ever as popular or more popular than One Piece is in Japan. They don't know what the f**k they're talking about. 😂 Yes. Dragon ball is more popular in the west that has always been the case. The 4Kids dub really messed up with One Piece debut in the west. However, One Piece COMPLETELY dominates Asia, not just Japan. Japan just has the biggest One Piece fanbase. One Piece is on the same level in terms of popularity here in Asia compared to the popularity DB has in S. America. Dragon Ball doesn't even come close to how big One Piece is in Japan. It's not even a debate. It's a known fact. 😂 Dragon Ball dominates the Western market. One Piece dominates the Eastern market.

Also why do people keep asking Geekdom about One Piece questions. Lol The man doesn't read/watch that series. It's pointless to ask him about these things since he has no idea on the topic. So he'll just end up giving you a very biased take on it. Like saying One Piece only has more sales because of more manga chapters which is such a dishonest answer. Since One Piece surpassed DB in sales back in like the mid 2000s when One Piece had less chapters released compared to DB entire series at the time. 😂 One Piece is called the King of manga and Oda, GOda for a reason. Like I'm not even kidding. Oda is literally treated like a God in Japan. People think, GOda came from western One Piece fans but it actually started in Japan from Japanese fans. 😂
