awesome demo video chris. i enjoyed watching the video and i was happy to see yet another demo video.i enjoy watching all of ur demo vids as it is something different to digging mud all the time,its a bit of a changer too. good to see uncle john driving the truck there, lot of truck loads you got there,good stuff.u were lucky that it didnt rain too heavy otherwise there would have been a big mud pit i think lol. the place looks nice and tidy now for the new motorhome that their gonna put there now. keep the videos comming chris.stay safe.

I was a Volunteer Firefighter for 32+ years. When we got a mobile home fire they were pretty much gone by the time we got there. They are more matchbox than home. That’s why insurance companies rate them poorly. About the only way to save one would be to already be standing by with a charged hose line when the fire started. ☹️

While demolishing a home isn't your normal content, I thoroughly enjoyed watching you struggle trying to collect all the electrical wiring. "Ooop, I gotcha now!" Poink "Woop, nope I don't gotcha. I'll getcha later!" *** And then there was the paint can that popped and blew up and your reaction to that. Great episode!

Mattress makes a good broom for sweeping up the small debris with the excavator before you tear it up and mix it in. They are pretty tough for that. And it's kinda fun to grab a mattress and use it like a big rag.

Chris, I see a new LD18 bucket design, slicer grapple with thumb slicer for demo jobs, it would chop everything up in small short pieces. I say it would work great with tree limbs too. Good job bro.

May have been the only place someone new as home. I demoed a three story apartment building contents included in 09 in Savanah Ga while the tenants cried and threw rocks at me in an excavator. Still haunts me but it was condemned after a fire and none of them had renters insurance.

Once i lived in a trailer court and a families trailer caught on fire and the family had to disassemble the trailer and it took them about a week and a half by hand.

great video Chris .. just a thought good or bad idea ,, demo saw gas power ,, metal cutting blade ,, cut the frame and axle's on the mobile mansion could make it a bit more easy in the take down of it . also could cut the walls in sections to save on the mess ??? just a thought .. you have done a lot of these fine homes i am just the arm chair quarterback .. lol

How far is it to the dump? Its hard to get rid of trailers in Texas. They usually are "struck by lightening" and burned.
