The defendant alleges that it was the plaintiff who wanted to leave and break the lease because she was homesick, but the defendant didn’t want to move back home.

an attorney and a nurse. so they planned on not seeing each at all. him working 16-18 hrs a day and she working 12-16 hours a day.

Both in stressful and time-consuming schools, which would end up at least in the beginning with very intense work hours. They need to move on from each other.

Being a nurse/ nursing student while holding down a full time job is no simple feat. Kudos to the Defendant. The girl is in law school and that's impressive but she has a long way to go. She could barely explain her case.

LOL, you meant the plaintiff, she was there to sue the Defendant for non-payment of rent. Sounds like you need to watch the court shows and learn who is who and on which side of the courtroom. Have a nice day.

@@trekgirl65 the defendant was in nursing school while working at Amazon. The Plaintiff is in law school and was suing him for half of the fee to break the lease. What are YOU talking about? We're YOU paying attention???

The stressors they experienced are tests for a relationship . It could have been a story 10 years down the line they both are leading successful careers , white picket fence , a family…or their relationship wasn’t worth the work . Either way they both deserve to be happy & are clearly motivated individuals. When you find the “right” person , you make it work . Relationships go through phases & stages , it’s about adapting & maintaining .

It's always your best option to live alone. Having your own dwelling is imperative to being able to have your own peace, happiness and tranquility!! There is no other option. In today's world and society it's best for men to live alone to avoid all the drama nonsense from women. Better yourself for yourself is the best advice I can give men. Men also have to realize that women keep texts which is why this defendant lost. Be smart guys

As a woman, I agree. People are too quick to move in together either as roommates or as a couple and they don't really know each other well enough. You also have to be willing to be honest and work differences out.
