Amazing insights and totally resonate with what you shared. So funny when you told your daughter that everyone's backs hurt lol. Appreciate your suggestions on boundary scripts. I definitely have been feeling like that's what I need to learn, and each time it comes up, I failed the test, and back to pedaling the story of what I am not aligned with and not getting the harmonious and mutually nurturing vibe I want. Most narcissists are undiagnosed. I agree it's an overused term but it also is VERY applicable. Think about it like moat addicts or mentally ill folk don't seek therapy or diagnoses, narcissists too.

Appreciate your wisdom! I'm experiencing so much of this. Going within. Resolving feelings around letting go of a 20 year marriage. Always believed it was 'forever'. Difficult walking away. Not wanting to be the cause of the other person's pain. And knowing it is time. So many feelings, so much to process. As you began the healing, I felt my heart and solar plexus open to receive. 💚💛🙏.
