This is an absolutely beautiful video and SPA! Thank you so much for posting this. I don't understand why they are making it so hard for people to take some videos and pictures as long as they are mindful to other people. YOu don't see a ban on taking videos at the beach. As a potential customer, I would like to see what other people have to say about the place and if its a place that I want to visit. Are they hiding something?

Hi there, thank you for letting us know, we are glad you enjoyed the vdeo and appreciate your feedback!!. Well it depends what are you looking for. If you like the snow then definitely December - February might be the best time to go. This year the weather has been very mild and the snow has been quite scarse, but they have the artificial snow blowers so as long as the temp is favorable you can ski. As far as the SPA and hot springs don't worry about the cold. The water is very nice and warm even if its cold outside. If you go back and forth between the indoor and outdoor pools you will really enjoy the outdoor pools regards how cold it is outside. Hope this helps..... :)

Hi, thank you very much for such a great video, it is very helpful for our upcoming journey Should I ask a few more questions? 1. When was this video shot? I heard that it is forbidden to take pictures inside, but I saw a lot of indoor videos and photos at the same time,. I also hope to take some beautiful picture as souvenirs. I wonder if it will be banned? 2. The second Walliser Alpentherme & Spa Leukerbad I look very beautiful in your video and other people's photos, but there're a lot of negative comments on Google reviews recently. People mentioned that the water is cold, the facilities are old and dirty, which makes me very worried, but I don’t feel that way at all in your videos. Have you observed any of these bad situation? Sorry for bothering, hope to get your reply, thank you very much kind regards

Hi Thank you for your kind words...the video was shot the last week of December ...yes it is forbiden to make videos inside any of the spas there..but we were trying to be very discrete and quick thats why the footages are not the best....as far as your point #2....yes its not that fancy but its beautiful..the outside views are unparalleled. The water outside is a bit cooler but still warm enough...if u get cold there is hot pool inside..and no its not dirty at all...there is constantly someone cleaning it...its definitely much less busy and more intimate vs leukerbad therme...we are working on that video now and hope to post it in next week or so...you may want to subscribe if u want to catch it when its out..hope this was helpful and you have a wonderful time..let us know how you liked it ...also check out our other video from leukerbad ..you have to do the cable car :)

Hi did you stayed at the hotel or just visited the spa? How much did it cost? I’m going to Leukerbad next week and would like to visit as well

Hi there, we stayed at a different hotel and just visited the SPA. You don't have to stay at the hotel to go to the SPA. The prices for the SPA are about the same as in the other SPAs. You can go in and out of the SPA all day which is a great plus because there was no place to buy food at the SPA- hope it helps.
