Yeah PTR has character import and often test equipment sets. I'm guessing they are giving out epic gear so that people actually get to test past level 20

@@anthonyc2072 I know that they shut down the PTR and wiped progress. I was online for only a short time before that and focused on trying to fix some add-on issues. I suppose they left PTR vendor NPCs switched on when the PTR was first live.
