Mark’s bass playing is phenomenal, but his singing voice during this era of the late 80s, was in my opinion, at its best. He doesn’t get many compliments about his voice but I thought it was really good, especially as he’s slapping a difficult bass line whilst he’s singing!! And Alan Murphy was awesome on the guitar. What a tragic shame that he would die a year later.
