Omg, I watched a couple of your videos today before my snatch session and I couldn't believe the difference it made. I finally felt my quads when pulling, the positions and transitions between them felt very smooth and the bar felt weightless until I got under. Absolutely amazing!

So how do you pull yourself under the bar if you can’t use your arms 🤷

You get the bar moving with the hip hinge, the momentum carries it up. Obviously your arms are involved a little, but more for stability

I don’t think she’s talking about not using arms in the pull under, her lifter must’ve been using his arms through the pull itself
