Ingredients:
Pastillas:
powder milk -1 cup
pinch of salt
condensed milk 3/4 of a can
Ube bars:
melted butter 1/2 cup (113 grams)
white sugar 1/2 cup (100 grams)
brown sugar 2 tbsp
Note: sugar should be 1/2 cup only ( not 1 cup)
I forgot that I only made half of the recipe.
egg 1 large
ube flavouring 1 tbsp
ube halaya 3/4 cup
vanilla 1/2 tsp
Note: kung gagamit po kayo ng ube halaya na nabibili sa grocery, I adjust nyo po yong sugar sa mixture. matamis po kasi yonv mga halaya na nabibili sa grocery.
all purpose flour 1 1/4 cup(168 grams)
baking powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Pan size: 10x6
Oven temperature: 160°c
Baking time: 40-45 minutes
Shelf life: 7 days in the chiller
3 to 4 days in room temperature.
