Thanks for posting. Our 2003 Newmar Dutch Star has the same panel. Our problem, which is intermittent is when I go to retract the jacks, the light on the "store jacks" button won't come on. So far I've been able to just repeatedly push that button and it will eventually latch and come on, then they store fine.

Solution found. Thanks for posting your video's on the HWH 310. We have the same system on our '03 Newmar DSDP. Last night after we got home from a trip I tried the jacks again and could not get the "Store" button to come on, no matter how many times I pushed it. So. I took the panel off looked under it and saw the small tactical switch and clean it with "Deoxit", a cleaner I use for electrical guitar pots and switches. I pushed the button 3 or 4 times and it started working again and hasn't missed a beat since. Same thing I did to fix the cruise control "set" button on my wife's 2003 Saturn Ion quad coup several months ago. It's been working like new ever since. Watching your video gave me the push I needed to fix this problem before it became a permanent problem. Love your videos.

Hey Jeff, I have the same system and I don’t have power on the #10 power wire but I can’t find where it comes from. No fuse or breaker for it that I can find. Any advice?

I have the same system. TS 2001. Mine has a missing jack I put a new one but my light stays on and the Jack's won't work. I just get alarm beeps
