Lewis' brother is in this video. He helped Lewis stand up from the bench, in the beginning of the video. Peter Capaldi is not in this video. Peter is actually the second cousin of Lewis' dad. His grandmother passed and the girl in the video represents her, and the people pushing him away are saving his life because when he turns around, he wants to follow her. Hence why there's no one actually there at the end, he's imagining all the people that don't want him to pass away.
