The funny thing too is this is only 1/4 of the way. Still have the seat backs to do and then repeat for driver side haha

Great video, Do you have any info about the single seat in the middle not wanting to go complete forward? Mine is stuck and have searched and no info?

Good vid and and explanation on each steps. I am attempting to swap out the seat bottoms as well but I want to know if driver's and passenger's seat bottoms are identical and I could just interchange them. My passenger seat bottom is still in a fairly good conditions so it make sense for me just swap them. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the insight. I need to swap out the leather on my GX470, so I guess the big issue is the heated seats. If it's too much trouble to get the heating elements off the old seat, I guess I will have to cut up the old cover around the element and put it under the new cover? Any thanks for the tips.
