Spectacular sound!! Who cares what lap time a GTR can do, THIS IS IT!

No disappointment for what it is supposed to be, a supercar. I mean after 4-5 years, we got what we wanted and more.

That car sounds pretty good even standing still.

Toyota's own driver did an astounding 7:30 with traffic (remember, zr1 and gtr are times were done without traffic and track closed). He said it could easily do a 7:24 without traffic. Making it one of the fastest production cars on the nurb.

the next generation of Supra? It must be a BEAST... I love it, even though I'm not a big fan of Japanese automobile.

This car haas unique styling, the interior is simply amazing. IT IS THE BEST SOUNDING CAR ON THE PLANET. like an F1 and a motorbike MIXED into one. And because its a LEXUS it will most undoubdetbly be the Highest quality supercar of all time. GO LEXUS. thsi is where the japanese fight back :D

Its more fucntionality than design. It achieves a drag coefficient of . 31. Every part of the body was engineered to do something like the mirrors wich was designed to tracki air into the intake ducts.

A Toyota for +$300,000 with no jaw dropping effect. It seems to me like the GT-R can perform as well if not better and for a lot less money. From an aesthetic perspective, both are on par with each other; nothing to brag about. A lot of the technology is derived from the F1 program but still is years behind the Ferraris or Lambos that have been producing super cars for decades. FERRARI will always be the standard in this segment.

Of course we can't compare LF-A with Lambo or Ferrari.. but this is really a breakthrough for Lexus

I'm loving that these Japanese manufacters are building these kind of cars.. It's like when you had the choice of the Supra, RX7 and the 300ZX except there is a 150k pric diff between the LF-A and the GTR spec-v...I want to see wat Mazda brings to the table :D Is it just me or does the front look like a sharper Supra front?

GT-R ftw! Seriously, I like Lexus cars, but this one is more in the 120k+ range. 375000€ is from outa space! It's a lot more than for a Lambo or Ferrari with similar characteristics.

I also dislike that stupid red leather on the steering wheel. but you can order it in different colour. so no issue at all. what really impress me is the whole package: design, engine data, sound. I'm pretty sure it will shake the world of supercars.

This thing sounds better than, not like a Gallardo.

This car is suppose to compete with the 599 GTB and Mercedes SLR mclaren. It does 0-60 in 3.7 seconds and has launch control so it can do it in lower times. It is a 65 percent carbon structure and 35 percent aluminum. It does 202 mph. it has over 550 hp. it has the most expensive interior material that u can buy in a Supercar (alcantara). only 500 are being made and everything is built IN HOUSE. So why isn't it a supercar again? compared to the competitor, this may seem like a bargain.

Toyota even admits that they will lose money on every single one they will sell. But they don't care because this is there halo cars and will pave a road for new technology. So lets put this all together. 500x375k is about 187k. So that still doesnt cover the R an D costs of this vehicle. toyota even developed a worlds first carbon fiber shape weaver that will weave every body panel of this lexus into shape. Did toyota just find a cheaper way to produce Carbon fiber...YES!

There is only going to be 500 of these babies. That puts it right up there with the the rarest cars on the planet! the car has top of the line everything and is built in house... IN HOUSE! The quality of this vehicle blows the living shit out of the ZR1. this is suppose to compete with cars like the 599 GTB which is a gran tourer. I can list you so many things that u don't know about this car and why it is so much better than the ZR1. ZR1 and GTR are in their own class...budget supercars.

I dont think this car is being marketed towards Mr Average Joe Blow with 2 mortgages and a 40k job. Not to mention its a limited production model with few being made. The people who can actually afford to buy something like this are hardly concerned with the price tag.

this car is not competition for the SLS AMG, McLaren MP4-12C and F458... it just isn't. when the base, out-going 'base' Ferrari that's $175k bests the estimated stats on the LFA sitting at $375k est, it makes me think lexus should go back to just polishing camry's into ES350's for grandpa's that still have a pention plan. Plastic...lol. Carbon fiber is shit loads lighter than steel and is a lot stronger too. Plastic...lmao. the v10 in the lfa is lighter and more compact than their own 3.5 liter v6. Also, too achieve usability, .31 is hellla low. The daytona is ugly, but they weren't trying to make it pretty. The daytona was built for top speed. But, hey i expect that kind of ignorant bologna from a Chevy fan. You aren't the only one.

The closer I look at it the more I dislike it. It looks a mess. The front is just mish mash of silly shapes and confusing lines It has no coherent design direction. Whats even more un believable is how spectacularly they messed it up after making two gorgeous concept cars that were universally well recieved. Urgh. And the price? I know lexus are ambitious and everyhing but this is just silly. An ugly car that costs the same price as two murcialagos, and is slower. What are Lexus thinking?
