Leylah was serving pretty good except for those double faults. Love how she throws her body into it. The more experience and stronger she gets, I think she can make it back to the top 20, and maybe more! She’s a talented player, needs more guidance

Delusional umpires helped Leylah to win this match. This tournament happens in Canada and Leylah Fernandez is Canadian too so umpire of this match favored her and gave to her unfair advantage over Stearns. This chair umpire is idiot and stupid loser and criminal and must be fired and imprisoned for robbing points from Peyton Stearns. This umpire is too dumb to understand how official tennis rules works. This idiot of the umpire clearly didn't understand that the player only then wins the point if he/she hits point ending shot inside singles playing field (winner), he/she hits an ace or if their opponent hits the net or point ending shot outside singles playing field or double fault and that this rule applies same way to all tennis players and should be applied same way to all tennis players. This chair umpire when the ball after Stearn's shot landed inside singles playing field very often awarded points to Fernandez and very often when the ball clearly landed outside singles playing field after Fernandez's shot this clueless loser of the chair umpire still awarded points to Fernandez. This idiot and criminal of the umpire favored Fernandez. This idiot of the chair umpire must be fired and imprisoned for being dishonest towards Peyton Stearns.

It points out that she will maintain her stability and superiority against the forceful rivals. Besides, claiming the victory on her home soil will make her feel more confident, blissful and peaceful. Huge congrats to Canadian star!

I think it’s helping Leylah to not stay close to the baseline on the serves. That’s how she played at the US Open and look how far that got her. Ever since she’s been coping Garcia’s return position, her games been more inconsistent

and 2nd Round, Leylah eliminated from Omnimum..😂..jk...Leylah's a good player, but if she respects her opponents, she wont be playing doubles in majors..its hubris that her team or she's ignoring the fact that these other women are stronger and more physically built than her..and she needs to keep her strength up by just playing singles in major grand slam events.
