Replace your LG G6 damage USB board.
In addition , you must replace the broken one in following situations.
The phone can’t connect to the computer or it can’t charge.
It must be the USB board set got damaged.

Step1 Remove the battery cover;
Step2 Remove the broken USB board;
Step3 Install a new USB board;

MY LG G6 was still under warranty so I brought it in to my local Koodo store. I was getting the moisture detected warning even white wirelessly charging. They informed me that this error was very common and 4 days later I got the phone back and they said the usb board was replaced. I'm going to charge wirelessly from now on to try and avoid any future issues.

According to LG repair center my LG g6 can't be repaired bc of water damage.one selling point this phone have is the water resistent n by the way mine never really got wet. I had it for 9 months and I'm not even half way done paying for it and LG tells me I have to pay $20 to get my phone back. Moisture detected. When that msg pops up forget it. There's temporary fix for that but it will stop charging. Stay away bc LG will not help you. I told them I have lots of LG products at home n they will go with time. They have lost a great customer

@@jaymoseley6216 that message is not about water damage. Ports of this stupid phone are poorly made. My jack and usb ports are both faulty right now even though I wash them with water.

Very good video but in the end a big mistake, he closed it without putting the two plastic covers for the closure, big mistake.

Me too had the same problem since yesterday But it's solved now, I don't know how!!! I removed fingerprint lock, SIM pin code and secure start-up code Turned it off, plugged the usb cable which is connected to wall then powered it on And OMG it's working fine?!! When it is fully charged, i will do factory reset... Cause i think it's a software issue after my phone has been updated Feb 9 2018 Please try it guys to know if it works with all😀

Ibrahim Mohammad Reda ya mine started after the most recent update. Haven't done a factory reset yet. It only does it occasionally now, it use to be like an all day thing for about 4 days

Clean the port there is corrosion with a Knife or other sharp thing
