I dont know why they selling new phones to e honest i think they never tested Lg k51 For Bugs nor for Viruses but this actully helped me alot tysm

Power off or restart the phone, if restarting when it turns off you gotta press both power and volume down before the start screen comes on, when the lg start screen comes on release the power button but not the volume and immediately hold the power down again while still holding the volume down. Then it should reset.
