LG Rear Speakers Not Working Solved, How To

If this doesn't work then this is how to reset your Home theater or HiFi • How To Reset LG Home T...
This is a short video I did on how to solve the problem of rear speakers not working on LG home theatres and HiFi's.
The sound is usually OFF in the surround speakers for a reason. So the absence of sound on the rear/surround speakers does not mean that your home theater is faulty.
You don't need to open the device because it is not faulty. The only thing you need is to use your remote control.
Press the sound effect button to a mode which will turn ON the rear and sometimes the centre speaker.

I was about to take my Sony home theatre system to the shop for repairs because the 3 speakers had not been working for a couple of months & the sound was so hollow..One instruction from your video and VOILA THEY NOW WORK & I now have the cinema-like base sound again ! WOW THIS ACTUALLY ALSO WORKS FOR LG SOUNDBAR REAR SPEAKER SPJ4-S I guess its just a default thing with LG audio devices... its like rear speaker channel is off by default until you cycle through the sound effect options... lame. WORKING NOW THANKS!
