Can you please tell me first you clean all parts in alcohol and then you grease them?

What parts? I replace belts with new ones and clean belt pulleys with alcohol.

Just search for square belt 2mm on E-Bay. I have 3 bags with square 2mm different sizes and find one that is a little tighter. So I cant`t help you with exact measurement, but it is a size between 75-100mm.
