Can something cause the motor to cause resistance? Meaning if the power is off the drums spins freely and when the power is on immediately becomes hard to spin and creates resistance. Won't go in full spin cycle stuck on 12 mins! The motor doesn't have the sensor on it like in most videos!

If the faulty stator has only one of the 3 windings open, that means they are in star rather than delta (triangle) connection.

oye mi estator marca abierto entre las terminales ya medi directamente entre las puntas de los alambres incluso despegue los 3 que van unidos juntos ...estos llevan termico fusible entre el embobinado??

Yeah looks very similar :) I just came across one today, I reckon it'll handle a lot higher speeds than the F&P plastic rotor, needs to be rewound with copper though as it's aluminium. The shaft connecting to motor seems tiny so might need to make a bigger attachment for it.

This motor does not have a capacitor, it has an electronic card

It's a 3-phase motor driven by a variable frequency generated by an electronic card, not directly by the mains.
